Shin Cha-Il (Shin Ha-Kyun) begins work as the leader of the audit team at JU Construction, where corruption runs rampant. Shin Cha-Il doesn't have faith in other people. He has a cool demeanor and carries out his work with sharp judgment and decisive action. The audit team also includes rookie employee Goo Han-Soo (Lee Jung-Ha). He initially applied for the audit team as a stepping stone to get transferred to his company's Florida branch, but his plan is not easy because of Shin Cha-Il. Unlike his boss, Goo Han-Soo is a nice and warm-hearted person. Working with Shin Cha-Il, Goo Han-Soo grows as an audit team member.

Meanwhile Hwang Dae-Woong (Jin Goo) is the vice president of JU Construction and he is third son of the company's founder. His ambition is to become the president of the company, by beating his two older brothers for the position.

Yoon Seo-Jin (Jo A-Ram) is also a rookie employee on the audit team at JU Construction. She is an individualist who aims for success. She has a totally opposite personality from Goo Han-Soo. She has also known Vice President Hwang Dae-Woong since she was a child, but they pretend that they don’t know each other at work.

However I find the auditing process a bit overdramatic, maybe it’s due to cultural differences but I doubt anyone goes as hard as Shin Cha Il lol you’d think he was a detective from the way he behaves

But was he the one who's running, I don't think so. Or if he was, maybe it was a double & for me they didn't do a good job their coz that body who's running didn't look like the president. Wajobo Jul 14 2024 2:23 pm First. Love Jin Goo's hair. My Wild Guess: I believe the real culprit will be the President brother, Jung Moon-Sung. I don't have a problem with Lee Jung-ha. It's a 3 layered story, bad brother is really the good guy (guessing) - his smirky smile is just too much! And, young auditor comes of age and becomes a great auditor like Shin Cha-Il, only he is able to do it without becoming so cold and stoic and teaches the teacher how to show heart. And daughter is already caring and gets great training under Shin to take over Auditor dept. when her dad finally takes over the company. Great detective story.

Num Jul 10 2024 2:37 am Jungha's character was so annoying at the start, though he seemed to be on the right direction now, I feel like his character will still make mistakes in the future since he's inexperienced. But he plays the role well so far.

I can't get used to Jin Goo playing the antagonist, but he's playing it well too, I'm so annoyed. Wonder what her daughter's character be at the end, good or bad.

I like the phasing of the drama, hope it'll be good til the end!

Paul Jul 08 2024 3:02 pm Finally a good Korean show. Most are just boing romance dramas or poorly written crime shows with annoying and dumb main leads. Show is mature, but one character that is annoying is the naive character played by Lee Jung-Ha. I suspect he may become more cynical but the end and I hope he does, otherwise he's just annoying and stupid.
