Ban Hee-Jin (Roh Jeong-Eui) is better known as Bunny. She is a top student in the sculpture department at Yein University and she has a good personality. When she was a freshman, she stated that she doesn't notice a guy’s appearance, but only their personality. She dated a man who was not so good-looking, but good-natured. Their relationship didn't go well, as it turned out his personality was ugly. Bunny was embarrassed by their relationship and she was branded a fool for love. She now admits she likes a good looking man, but she carries low self-esteem due to her first experience with love. Her troubles really begin as men with various charms appear in front of her, including Hwang Jae-Yeol (Lee Chae-Min) and Cha Ji-Won (Jo Joon-Young). Hwang Jae-Yeol is a representative of the visual design department and he is respected and loved by his peers. He has a strong and warm personality. He wants to become an art director. Cha Ji-Won seems like a perfect guy. He is the grandson of a chaebol family, handsome, smart, and has a good personality. He is the type of boyfriend of every female student dreams of.

irish Nov 22 2025 5:03 pm Everyone’s saying this drama is bad and couldn’t finish it but i loved it. It’s a teen romance so it’s totally understandable if it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. Reading the comments, i guess i’m the only who doesn’t like jiwon hehe. I love yeol but he pisses me off that he was insecure with jiwon and wanted bani to give up on her dream just because jiwon is also coming to the US. How can he not contact bani for a whole year? They didn’t even had a proper break up. But at least they made up and still ended up together. I love Yeol’s relationship with Bani’s parents tho <33

fox_red Sep 03 2025 6:20 pm I started to watch this series just because of Lee Chae Min in 'Bon Appetit, Your Majesty'. Due to the fact that it is currently airing in KR, I have to wait on weekends just to watch him. So I decided to look for his another project.

But the problem is, the female lead of this 'Crushology' is so awful and boring. She's so awkward in throwing lines, that makes me gag and not even want to continue watching.

Sorry, King Yi Heon, I tried—but your partner is soooo cringey.

Disclaimer: I will be talking about the Characters, not the actors themselves. Okay?

Didn’t know Yeol could be so toxic and full of ?. At first, I was rooting for him, but when that ex came, my “gigil” went to its peak. I just couldn’t stop cussing the entire episodes with him and his ex. And I could feel @Olya_1004’s annoyance when he and Bunny made it official. That couldn’t happen irl. Like, fr? Telling your gf’s guy friend to f*off because you’re the bf? C’mon. They could be friends instead. He’s creating all the drama. No, actually, he is the drama there.

Ji Won must’ve been the best fit for Bunny. The green flag in this story. Every scene of his is like watching a healing show. How could someone not like that kind of guy? I also like the fact that he never once told Bunny he likes her, but Bunny knows it. Yeah, it sounds weird but that happens today. Indirect confessions thru actions. Anyway, please give this guy his endgame. Hoping to see him get his main lead role with his happy ending.

Bunny is sooooooo Relatable. I’m sure, most of the girls would agree that Bunny’s character is so true to life. Like, who would not get attracted to handsome faces? I also like the fact that even though she knows JiWon likes her, she never waver nor got confused/shaken. She probably never had feelings for him. That’s when I accepted that they would not end up with each other. I’m sure we could all agree that what she shows to the oppas is completely understandable. She couldn’t just abandon her friendship with Won just because he’s a guy and she now has a boyfriend. I wouldn’t do that also. I could also understand when she decided to distance herself from Won. (It’s bcause of you, Yeol!) but that really shows she loves Yeol. Anyway again, I just love her. Her character and her as an actor. No scene of hers that I never praised her for her acting and her beauty. Such a pretty face.

Anyhow, I’m not quite disappointed with how it ends since I initially want Yeol and Bunny together. And yeah, I don’t dislike any Korean Drama I have watched. In fact, I like every single one of them. ??

I love college dramas and all the guys in the poster are actors I wanted to see more,except Ji Won as I didn't know the actor before this show,FL actress was the thing I was concerned about as she has a very blank stare acting that I hate.

I wanted to love the ML but this was one ML I had a hard time liking,the actor is great and he has potential but his role was full of red flags.

Spoiler - After they finally got together,I was getting so annoyed by his behaviour towards Ji Won,he was being so possessive and acting like he has low self esteem. Even though I understand it might be hard to know that a guy who is in love with your girlfriend is also her friend,he has no right telling him to stay away from her. You feeling insecure? tell your girlfriend! let her make the decision. Ji Won was nothing but sweet and caring all show,everytime he almost did something nice for her,Yeol comes out of nowhere and takes his chance to care for Bani. He never hit on her or made a move after she got a bf but he acts all possessive and it's gross.

Frustrating to say the least. It's one of those k-dramas where you can already tell who she's going to end up with from the start and the plot is just dragged out with unnecessary storylines, most of the other characters are just there to make the love story between the main leads progress (especially to wake up Yeol who is just an idiot, of course no hate to the actor, he was actually good). Literally every guy except the obvious red flag from the first episodes was better than the male lead, her first love didn't even have enough screen-time but imo he was actually the most interesting out of everyone. I really hoped for a plot twist in the last episodes but no, I feared it would end up being cliché and it did end up being just that. What I hated the most was Yeol's jealousy towards Ji Won and how he didn't want her to go to the US, girl should have broken up for good after hearing him say those things to her.

strugglingviewer May 18 2025 4:38 am my two cents; when the camera captured the face of the actors for some seconds, and no dialogue just the face, in that seconds, viewers supposed to read the face, what the face implied, does it mean the actor is contemplating to harm that dude or is the person suppressing the urge to smack that face of the other actor. There are meanings in that several seconds passing by. But here, at least, I, couldn't read the room, what is going on in his/her head. Maybe i lost it or maybe there really is nothing meaningful in that camera rolling for several seconds. So put several of those shots in one episode, then there are lots of seconds gone for no meaning. Just pure waste. It didn't raise my curiousness about what is going on, didn't knock my head telling me to read the non-verbal presenting on the screen, because there is none. Some said the Koreans set the bar higher, due to the characteristics of the population, or whatever, you can talk hours about it, but yes you guys set the standard higher, your tvdramas make viewers think more. But here, we barely see the trace of those qualities, if there is any. So lots of empty shots, ottoke?

I am 40yrs old ahjumma, will fall in love with Yeol at my 20’s but I’ll tell my younger self to choose Ji Won lol!

HYJ May 13 2025 12:31 pm I'm sorry... but 2nd male lead syndrome is too big with this one... There is way more connection and tension from Cha Ji Won than ML... Also, FL acting is getting a bit bland and repetitive but honestly, Cha Ji Won is keeping me watching even though there will be no chance... The writing is definitely not the best compared to amazing ones like Lovely Runner, but if you want a light watch with nothing too heavy, I guess this is fine~

Olya_1004 May 09 2025 6:30 am Left a comment when the drama started that I mainly wanted to watch it for the male leads because the FL acting is so wooden and I hoped it would be better. I would say that at the start she was more "awake" so to speak but these last few episodes,she is back to blank stare,dead eyes.

I don't like the ML either even though I love the actor. It's getting too predictable now with episode 8 which I guess is fine cause it is a Rom com and nothing crazy will happen but FL is acting so selfishly.

Episode 8 has been annoying me and it was hard to watch. Spoiler ahead: I love Jiwon way more than Yeol,so far he has been watching from the side and once he realized he liked Bani he decided to try his best. The part that pissed me off the most is how he literally just confessed to her and she is still running to Yeol,not even caring if she hurts her friend. I am not saying she has to like him back if she doesn't,she doesn't have to give him a confession back but at least don't rub it in his face. I feel like he has been a very kind and good friend for her so far and that's how she acts. I was kind of hoping the writers will turn it around and get Yeol back with his ex and Bani would realize how amazing Jiwon is but nope.

D May 05 2025 2:37 am Something just bothered Yeol, so he had a hard time deciding and he needed some time to think properly and we'll see that he really loves Bani. Because no matter where or who he is with, bani is still on his mind even though he has many problems, bani is still in his mind and heart. And in the recent ep.8 we saw what yeol did. It's just thrilling to see yeol and bani, ep.8 is my favorite right now.

K dramas like this are a breathe of fresh air for viewers like me who are stress-filled from everyday difficulties. Just light and easy, soft and breezy. On my 4th episode and as light as the story goes, the cast are like cotton candies which are pretty to look at, sweet and charming on the outside as well as cottony light on the inside.

Many people in the comments don't like it because of its "cringe" plot, but I find it really refreshing and easy to watch. And there's no embarrassing moments so far. Also, all the characters are attractive haha. It's a light, yet interesting drama. I love the romance and the vibes of it. Overall, it's really satisfying to watch. I don't mind if there's "cliché" plots.
