A male high school student transfers to a new school. He has talent for playing the piano. On his first day at his new school, he hears the playing of the piano and follows the music. The piano sound comes from the practice room. There, he meets a female high school student playing mysterious music.

Veve Feb 02 2025 9:39 am I watched Secret: Untold Melody this evening! It's very good ? a heartwarming romantic movie with beautiful instrumentals in the background. The legendary piano battle has to be my favorite scene! Ah, Doh Kyungsoo once again amazed me through his acting. He has such expressive eyes to deliver Yoo-Joon's emotions very well. I'll definitely go for a rewatch!

Kenny Greene Jun 02 2021 9:57 pm I watched "Secret" and it is a heavy drama which for sure DO is a perfect fit for the role and he is musically inclined. Without a doubt a masterpiece.

Well, Seo Yoo-Min has been busy after her directorial debut "Recalled" which was a good start, Kudos.

I am looking forward to see how this Masterpiece remake will do..

Aninim Feb 25 2021 5:33 am Well, since music is involved, I'd like to see Seohyun as the female lead. I know it sounds impossible because both D.O and Seohyun used to be in the same agency. Moreover, some people think Seohyun is bad at acting. But I recomend you tp watch Time and Her Private Life, she's getting better for sure. Just pleasee, PDnim outhere, try to cast or at least let her does an audition. Please, make it happen. Seohyun playing piano, for me is her most beautiful action.

rose Feb 24 2021 5:50 pm I've seen "Secret" and it is a slow paced movie (just my opinion), I hope they can give spice and excitement to the scenes. Bring out the best in Kyungsoo using his pretty eyes that projects emotions. The "looking forward" scenes would be Kyungsoo playing the piano, With Kyungsoo's look, he would be good playing as a James bond or in action movie, bodyguard figure or romantic drama, with that perfectly groomed hair and good looks, actually any role would be perfect. I will support him all the way.

Pan Feb 23 2021 9:34 am Wow are they going to make kyungsoo a piano genius? I honestly can't picture him and piano together but that's one of the challenge they need to break through. The original jay chou's Secret was one of my favorite movie, despite some of the plot holes. I remember I cried every time I watch it. I can't wait for this remake, I hope they make it a hit

Me Feb 21 2021 12:11 am I just came from watching this movie. I hope that the Korean directors edit the script to make more sense. Or at least explain that ending! That being said Jay Chou oppa I dont want you to think that I didnt enjoy this movie. Such a fresh concept! Really well done but so many plot holes! And while I try to remind myself: "Its supposed to be cute, not make sense" I still have so many questions!
