| | + | In Yokohama, Yuki Kasuhara ([[Nana Seino]]) worked at a bank. Due to an incident, she decided to take firefighter recruitment exam and passed. She began working in that field for 2 years. Yuki Kasuhara then was transferred to the 119 emergency call center as she hoped for. In her past, her home caught on fire and she called 119 for help. She felt relief from the person's voice who answered her call. She wanted to become a 119 emergency operator, like the person who answered her call. Yuki Kasuhara has a bright personality and she is the type of person who immediately puts her thoughts into actions. With deep concentration and excellent insight, she never misses even the smallest hint of information when taking an emergency call. On her off days, she visits the scene of accidents to check on the situation after the call. Sometimes this creates conflicts within the fire department organization, but, dealing with various people in their different situations, Yuki Kasuhara and her colleagues try to save their lives when tension is highest. |
