Koo Myung-Hui (Han Suk-Kyu) is a politician. His son runs someone over by accident. Due to his son, Koo Myung-Hui faces the worst crisis of his political life. Yoo Joong-Sik (Sul Kyung-Gu) is the victim’s father. Ryun-Hwa (Chun Woo-Hee) was with Yoo Joong-Sik's son on that night, but she disappears.
