With the background set at a casino, the drama series follows the turbulent life of a man. Cha Moo-Sik (Choi Min-Sik) became a legend in the casino world, after many twists and turns. He gets involved in a murder case. This leads to his life teetering on the brink of collapse. Cha Moo-Sik then starts his last bet, risking his life.

Park Min Feb 29 2024 5:43 pm I really hate what streaming services do with dropping projects in batches. Either drop the entire thing or make it serializing. I couldn't help but feel a twinge of disappointment after a decent first season (more like the first half of a 16-episodes drama!). The plot ended up being all over the place, with twists that felt more like they were forcing us into paying attention than actually adding anything interesting to the story. Some side plots were only there to buy time. I wasn't a fan of the ending either, they should've just ended it in a normal fashion. The characters were fine but I wish there were more interactions between Moo Sik and Seung Hoon. I'm not sure why the drama had 18+ rating considering it wasn't that violent, although it had one tiny quick intimate scene and some smoking? The opening theme was cool.

Jin Jun 18 2023 1:03 am Honestly the first thing that got me interested in this drama was because the location. Shot in Okada Manila and Bacolor Pampanga PH. Then after watching the first episode I liked the story line then I watched until the end of season 2. It feels surreal watching Filipino actors featured in K-dramas. Nonetheless the outcome was good. Although the ending was tragic and unexpected but I felt entertained till the end. Waiting for season 3

Erra May 25 2023 11:56 pm Great drama, but I'm sure it's not for everyone because the story is extra ordinary. besides, you have to pay attention to the back and forth timelines so you can match the history. for me, the 1st 3 episodes still a bit confusing yet interesting, but by the 4 till last episodes the story grow amazing. Love the interractions among characters in this drama that's so natural and casual. and i love how korean characters in this drama can speak English very well. I already watched till the end of season 2, and look forward to have season 3. really worth watching

Maleka Apr 04 2023 11:37 am The actors played great but I had problem to see the casts Choi Minsik was too old for playing a man in 40, even they put black wig couldn't cover that his body is the body of a man in 60, why didn't they put Lee Kyu Hyung until Cha Moosik in 40.

Then Lee Sung Woon, he's around 9 years younger than Choi Minsik and he looks younger too...why did he become Cha Moosik senior, for me very disturbing, why the couldn't find older actor????

I am just confused on the episode 4 Season 2 the press conference scene, the reporters are asking questions the accused Cha Moosik is not replying to the questions and the girl keep saying "next question" ?. It is soo funny.

May Feb 25 2023 2:36 am I love the actors esp the interaction of the lead Son Huk and Marc Antonio delivered perfectly. But the unbelievable part is the press conference for Cha Moon Sik, why are the reporters asking the wrong questions? ?

Isn't he innocent before proven guilty, he's just a suspect yet lolzz. How can one be arrested with just circumstantial evidence and hearsay. Nways actually that happens really in PH sadly. But all the lead actors are good. The NBI guy is a bit over and coming too strong idealistic but partial for someone. Loosen up please?

Many wouldn't watch this they would call it boring because they know nothing about television!! But this is good television right here damn!!! what bothers me is, why broadcast only 1 episode per week??? Too long to wait

Oly Jan 10 2023 8:42 am @hershey i think age isn't so much a problem as is how choi min sik hasn't maintained his weight and appearance, like many actors in 40s 50s take good care of themselves but cms and lee sung min have let them gain weight, look old. I don't see jisung and many others aging this way. So you are right he dkesnt have that vibe in the show which i feel could have been done with taking care of himself

Total Jan 05 2023 6:46 pm I dunno watching this show it feels like phillipine is a lawless land and any outsider can gamble and do whatever they want there. Otherwise show is not bad. Its all about casinos and gambling. Its interesting how they have shown rich peoole throwing money like trash in gambling. Son suk gu appears in ep 5 ending. But too bad ep 1 shows he is the one for whose murder mu shik gets arrested. In part one ssk will only be in 3 episodes.
