Due to an accident, the 5 member idol group named Thunder Boys gets disbanded. They then unexpectedly take over Boram Mart, which is not doing well, instead of receiving payment for their unpaid promotion fees.

As they begin to work together at Boram Mart, Choi Ho-Rang (Lee Sin-Young), who was the leader of the group, also becomes the boss of Boram Mart. He doesn’t talk that much, but he cares about his members a lot. Shin Tae-Ho (Xiumin) was the lead dancer of the group and he now works as a cashier. He has a warm-heart. Jo Lee-Joon (Hyungwon) was a rapper of the group, and he works in the fish section. Eun Young-Min (Choi Won-Myeong) was a vocalist of the group and he works in the meat section. He always mediates between the other 4 members with their unique personalities.Yoon Sang-Woo (Lee Sae-On) was the most popular member of the group and although he works hard at Boram Mart, he still wants to perform on the stage.

Besides them, Oh Ye-Rim (Choi Jung-Woon) works part-time at the store. She has been working there for the past 7 years and she helps the boys run Boram Mart.

Meanwhile, Ji-Na (Kim Sha-Na) is a member of the most popular girl group Chain Girls. She has a story with Thunder Boys.

Laura Oct 07 2023 8:16 am Im a fan of EXO ,all members really did great as actors in their respective drama but I cant watch a drama without a good plot (most dramas they acted so far has a good plot some are masterpieces). Some dramas has only just pretty people but bad acting . This is not such a drama actually plot is good . This is not the most serious type one but not too much unrealistic exaggerated comedy too.Acting of every one is natural . Im so impressed with the actor who play the leaders role very mature down to earth character . He is the real maknae but he is really doing good . Im surprised with youngest role actors real age I cant believe he is 28. And I really hope ending will not be a fairy tale that they debut again well they deserve to, but wil it be really practical with all the competition . I hope for a practical ending . I started this drama for xiumin but really fell for other characters too . Im curious about the idol who work in the meat section & his idol girlfriend too. Anyway this is a drama to cheer up yourself

Matthew Oct 06 2023 7:05 pm i'm crying i don't understand why their acting is so bad here T_T even though i've watched their other dramas and they're really good. the best here is just xiumin. they are very slow at work even though they are busy and have a lot to do.

i like choi won-myeong because he was really cool in the drama "the fabulous" but im a little disappointed here because his character and acting were really bad. as for the story itself there's not much to comment on it's just standard.

Acting is good no over acting .Im really amazed with actors real ages specially youngest idol member character being 95 born leader is 98 born.Well actor who is doing the leader role is very natural good actor . Want to see him in many leading roles

CH Sep 23 2023 1:47 am It gets better with each episode, and now I am hooked. It is not perfect, I think it should be shorter and it needs more editing, some shots drag for way too long and makes the jokes and the acting not work sometimes... It is like they are trying to fill up those 60 minutes. That to me is the biggest flaw. Other than that it is such a sweet show. What I love the most is how they all seem to be self aware about being childish and a bit of a mess at almost 30 years old. It is not a super deep drama, but I like how it speaks about the meaning of success, happiness and friendship. It also helps that the cinematography is so bright and colorful and the leads are sooooo handsome...

It is refreshing to see an actress that is not the typical Korean beauty standard but I really hope she improves as the drama progresses.

I would love to see how the story unfolds and how they could use their good looking features as an additional advertising strategy to re create the mart. The FL though is not equally attractive as the lead actors. I am not fond of how she looks, I hope she could play her role well so it could cover up the missing visual appeal in her. I enjoyed watching the first 2 episodes and looking forward to watch the whole show for the days to come.

The premise is interesting. The casting is a little funny though. Lee Sin Young (1998) as leader. Xiumin (1990) as lead dancer. Our fake maknae’s baby-faced beauty is the key. Haha
