New Police Officer Kim Ji-Won (Ha Yoon-Kyung) meets Social Worker Oh-Soon (Park Ha-Sun), but Kim Ji-Won is left bothered by something about Oh-Soon. A kidnapping case occurs with a message left stating to save the kidnapped child money must be donated to a welfare center. The case spreads nationally through the media. Meanwhile, Yoon Bo-Ra ( Gam So-Hyun) is a young child cared for by Oh-Soon. Yoon Bo-Ra's abusive father is found dead and the young girl disappears. Police Officer Kim Ji-Won suspects Oh-Soon.
