A mass killing takes place in broad daylight at a restaurant. A middle aged man appears in CCTV footage of the restaurant. He appears to slash people to death, but he doesn't have anything in his hand. The police are left speechless by the inexplicable and indiscriminate scenes captured by the security camera.
