Even though Maiko Shinomiya (Yuina Kuroshima) grew up in a complicated family environment, she met her grandmother's expectation and became a teacher. One day, Akiko Saeki (Nanami Yamazaki), who is Maiko Shinomiya's student, receives a letter. The sender states that she is herself from 20 years in the future.
Akiko Saeki lives in a harsh family environment. She endures the recent death of her father and spends lonely days with her closed-off mother. By writing replies to herself from the future she is able to get by, but she is driven into a corner by violence and bullying from her mother's boyfriend and an unbelievable truth. In the depths of her despair, Akiko Saeki decides to kill her parents with her only friend Arisa. Maiko Shinomiya tries to reach out to save Akiko Saeki.
