Han Sun-Joo’s (Song Yoon-A) life is perfect. She is married to Shin Myung-Seob (Lee Sung-Jae) and they have children. She tries to help her husband succeed at Rahen Group, a company which her mother runs, and she also tries to raise her children as best as she can.

Before their marriage, Shin Myung-Seob was in a poor financial situation and he came from a poor background. His life changed drastically after he married Han Sun-Joo. He is now recognized at work. He is a good husband and father, but he meets Yoon Mi-Ra (Jeon So-Min) and becomes attracted to her.

Meanwhile, Han Jung-Won (Chansung) is Han Sun-Joo’s younger brother. He has a warm heart and he is a good to Han Sun-Joo.

Park Min Aug 26 2023 8:16 am Low effort makjang. A random makjang drama from early 2000s would make a better watch than whatever this was. One of the most crucial elements in makjang is creating tension and this one kept failing in that regard. The tiny teasers at the beginning and end of every episode were nothing but cheap tacky fillers.

Marathon24 Nov 03 2022 6:42 pm Well, this drama is pretty good. The actors/actresses did their job well. The cheating husband and the mistress did well of being so annoying. I feel like slapping them all the time, haha. Lee Sung Jae is always the villain type, just like Uhm Ki Joon. So, I think the crew did well in casting. The male lead is sooo annoying. I hate him more that the mistress, oh well I hate both characters, but the man is sooo despicable. If you want a drama that makes you angry, this one is for you, just like Penthouse or World of the married.

Well, since i watch a lot of movies/kdramas, I will be a giving my honest opinion. The overall plot was well, a bit expected but how it unfolds is confusing. It's like the master plan always belong to the villain.

Jeon Somin did great, I just didn't hate her character soooo much just because of the storyline as well. She needs more strong-willed, unpredictable characters like these. I forgot the Cheesy somin for a bit hahaha

The main leads, actor, oh i hated him. He did well. I just don't expect anything from him that much.

The main actress, Song Yoona, she looked stunning. I just don't understand why she didn't turn evil after what she had gone through. You see a bit of shift from Jeon So Min but her character remained kind. She however, delivered it well but I was frustrated on her character.

Well there were dull moments during this film... 16 eps was too long... if the writer developed another scenario for another character it may have been interesting but confusing as well but worth the try i guess for 16 eps. If they reduced it a bit.... I would've glued my eyes to the screen.

There was a constant villain in this film which made me impatient.

All in all--------- 6/10

The only thing beyond the suspension of disbelief is why doesn’t the awful MIL just have him followed? She could have a few different people seeking to follow him so he doesn’t bribe the one.. She clearly hates him for years.

Lalnunpuii Jan 27 2022 1:54 pm Okay okay, so I watched this drama because of Jeon so min and I don’t know why I sided with her in the first place but then I saw Han sun jun as a mother, tearing apart when her daughter cried and told her that she saw her dad kissing Aunt Mira was so heartbreaking. No child should go through that thing. I loved the ending of the drama, it was like women empowerment. Happy new year to all the cast and binge watcher ㅋㅋㅋ

I really love the storyline and also the twists! Props to the casts, the writer and the director. Some scenes are kind of incoherent ( after they reveal something) and some acting scenes were kind of lacking imo.

Also, no one in the comments mentioned how the husband was a narcissist and how he groomed Mira to be his mistress. Mira was already showing mental illness when we got to see her background story (her environment and how she was treated by her uncle. No one was on her side). She had attachment, jealousy and abandonment issues. The husband just took advantage of her lowest point. He showered her attention and made her feel loved. If she had met a good person like Jungwon before him, she would have not done that. Good thing that the MC helped her get therapy.

I would say that it was a great "revenge" from Sun Joo. She didn't use petty actions to get her revenge unlike Myeongseop and Mira. What a queen move ( except for one action. ha)

Tanwa Dec 31 2021 5:39 am The subtitle to English on episode 10 was so poor that I missed some of the conversations. The ML is such a leech... forget the cheating. How did the FL live with him for 20 years without suspecting that he was just after her family's money? That guy is such a devil and nothing he does can further surprise me. I don't get why FL keeps getting disappointed each time her husband unlocks a new level of his beastly behaviour. As for Mi Ra, that character is a lunatic. She noticed that her boyfriend's daughter saw them kissing in his home and only intensified the kissing. She's the worst kind of mistress because she doesn't care who gets hurt as long as she has him to herself. Funny thing is, even if the guy were to marry her, she'd later find out she's not special because he'll do worse things to her. They deserve each other.

The younger brother's role so far has been such a fluff but it seems he's bidding his time and will end up helping the FL. I didn't quite get why he'd think his sister kept him away from his mum. It's not that difficult to find someone and it doesn't seem he made any efforts as an adult to find her himself. He may have already known of his mum's greed because I don't believe he did not already try reconnecting much earlier (maybe even as a teenager).

I'm still waiting for the FL to solve things like a Queen though. So far, she's been so flustered and has made threats with no real strategy on getting her mum's company back. I really thought she'd excel at being deputy chairperson but she didn't act like the brilliant person they've painted her to be. If your foreign factory was on strike and changing their demands everyday, you should have sent someone there in secret as well to find out what exactly they're not saying. And then the lenders reject your conglomerate a loan and you don't try to find out what exactly they know about the company's state that you don't know. The story needs to give her some more guts and strength. We're yet to see any queen moves.

For mistress, she is not moral to be with a married man. With her lowest moral level, she can do whatever to get her way.. That is no surprise. However, woman who is caring, devoting all her loves and her time for family, thinking for others first before herself... always being a victim... Each family has its story. In real life, man is greedy, always sees another woman who is more attractive and better than his wife... Why, because his wife has to take care everything for him, for his kids... food, money but he does not see... but he can only see why she is annoying when complaining, why she is not dressing well when she is so busy and has no time for herself, he just see her another side when she is tired and not happy...He forgets that whatever he promised during a vow. However, a mistress, who wants his money and willing to please him all the times, smiles with him all the time...He sees her sweetness, her beauty. Man is two faces, with another woman is gentleman, opens car door, carries stuffs, but with his wife who drags the heavy bag alone at night... he does not care... That is a man.... and that is husband... Married is a grave, to buried all good memories, just showing ugly and other faces of man.. Single persons want to step into the circle. Married persons want to jump out..Picking wrong man is a most miserable thing for a woman.. Welcome to woman world.

Sudden burst of emotion that i hardly understand.

Unnecessary flashback and scene.

Overall, boring. I'll keep watching for jsm tho.

Not following the description Dec 18 2021 2:17 am when i read the description on other sites it was telling me how the brother would basically avenge his sister. so far i’m on episode 6 and i’ve gotten no type of indication that that was gonna happen. kinda feel like i’m wasting my time but overall the plot is pretty good but really repetitive and frustrating. Most dramas surrounding around infedility are frustrating but this one keeps going in a circle. sometimes i just want to scream at the FL for being such a pushover. Though she does have her moments where i’m cheering her on. basically i would rate this show a 3/5.

April Dec 13 2021 12:21 pm I'm on episode 5. Channel A made the right decision in presenting Show Window as their 10th anniversary celebration. Their highest rated KDrama is Lie after lie and SWTQH broke it's record as highest rating on it's premier alone. Mind you, this is cable and not a popular one. Ep4 rated 3.7 while SBS Our Beloved Summer, a free channel, was 2.6 THAT alone is a good news for the team. Ep6 preview is just crazy! Can't wait for the subbed!

Nopes Dec 08 2021 7:17 pm Lot of infidelity dramas were made after world of married became huge and all had same vibe and formula like extremely opulent houses , evil in laws or a cruel mil, fanciest clothes, expensive shoot locations, more and more graphic lovemaking scenes where in each new drama actress in love scene would shed more clothes then previous hit shows and to make it unique every new drama will show new s'x positions. Dramas like graceful friends, high class,penthouse, reflection of you, road to tragedy, love marriage divorce and many more but none managed to be as successful as wotm. This one is also similar and is trying hard to be intense but just not holding strong. It doesnt have anything unique it offers same cliched storyline , its like a cocktail of ten such prev shows. Nothing special. I like yoona but even her presence cant overcome typical tried storyline.

More than one writer with psychology degree in the writing team, i suspect. Heard from someone, it was not the sexual part of the infidelity that is the worst part. But it was the lies one committed thoughout the infidelity that was the worst. You lie to someone because you think you can fool that person. So being taken as a fool that upset one the most. Write it down...! and make good drama about being taken as a fool. Lol.

I am so curious to know about somin's past. The Queen's mom character is also interesting. The way she presses her Son-in-law is so satisfying but to begin with why she doesn't like her Son-in-law? We audience know the guy is having an affair but what makes the MIL to suspect him? So many questions and so much of curiosity. Can't wait for the 4th episode.

Cadee Dec 03 2021 2:47 am For those who want to give this drama a try, you should at least watch the first 2 episodes because you'll definitely miss how crazy and manipulating Mira is. As someone who has a little background in production, I can definitely tell how meticulous those bed scenes were shot. Episode 1's silhouette bed scene of Mira and Myungseob, looks very classy, not vulgar and was aesthetically shot so the age gap won't come of as unpleasant to the audience.

Sophie Nov 30 2021 12:21 pm Episode by Episode this drama is raising my standards high for the drama. I started watching for Chansung, but the plot is so compelling that I can't stop watching. The OST is highlight to the drama. BGM actually setting the mood. There are numerous intriguing aspects to it that make us want to learn more about the individuals' true personalities. So, while so min is attractive and capable, why does she feel the need to lure a married man? Is there a particular explanation for this? Sung jae may have married the most gorgeous, wealthy, and compassionate woman in the world, so why is he having an affair with So min simply because she is young and attractive? Though they appear to be enjoying their alone time, they do not appear to be totally content. I'm looking forward to seeing how the plot develops in the following episodes.. Not just the plot and actors acting , their outfits are also Charming

I want to see what Sung jae meant by saying all characters have their good side and bad side. And Yoon ha is really a queen and somin, she is always pretty cute. #Show Window has a good cast. It is one of the dramas plus points. It is more better to watch this drama with full sound speakers. We can feel the intensity of the scenes.

Somin face is clear here but in the ugly poster, Somin face is not clear and it's like she's not important to be put on the poster. It's like they're taking her role as a small one. I think her role is the most important one since the one who seduce the male lead is Somin. This character is the biggest character and most impressive one for her so far

I love this for Somin as a fan of hers this seems like a role completely different to anything she’s ever done. She also gets to work with acting veterans who she can learn a lot from. It’s better than doing a typical romcom drama you seem to want her to do.

Anyway I’m excited for this drama the plot sounds really interesting and I’m excited to see Somin is a “villain” type role.

Hello, she's born on 1973 while the male lead is 1970. She's an actress in many great dramas including graceful friend and also a drama with Kim So Yeon (lead of Penthouse).

Yet she still look so young despite her age. She even got supporting lead in this drama who is so young which is Chan Sung. Stop discriminating people based on their age. No one wanna put a fight but don't be too bold. People should've been grateful to have their beloved on screen again

CloverLove Aug 20 2021 10:34 am I'm happy to see Somin again in acting. Miss her so much. I heard she got few projects after her last project as lead in 2019 (2020 as lead in small budget movie). Actually I'm having high expectation when I heard she switched agency to King Kong Starship. It's a big agency with popular stars!

Thank God in 2021, Somin come back with new projects and even still hearing that she got a drama offer from JTBC as well. So far, it's supporting lead including for this series. But I'm glad and excited to see her in Hee Soo as female lead with her ex co actor!!!! Sung Hoon, my love !

alphalpha Aug 20 2021 10:16 am I'm usually not a fan of adultery dramas but looking forward to this one, I like the cast so far and hoping the plot will be riveting. As a Somin fan I think it's great to see her branching out into new roles and working with senior actors who can achor the drama, so it's upsetting to read condescending comments regarding her costars. Personally I'd rather she work with costars she can learn from, and seeing as she's chosen this as her next work I'm sure she agrees.

Angel_xxC Aug 20 2021 3:14 am I'm a bit disappointed since Somin is not the female lead for this drama but try to stay cool since it's new character for her. I believe she can do very well here. Coz the male lead is too old for her, so I'm glad. I thought Chan Sung's character is written to fall for Somin's character but it's all about the female lead which is Song Yoon Ah ?? It's a humiliation if my cute girl Somin got an old co star like him. Hope to see her again with Ha Seok Jin since she got new special drama with her precious co actor which is Sung Hoon ??
