Choi Kang (Yoon Kye-Sang) lives in Changri Neighborhood. He works as an insurance investigator and he is former member of the JDD special forces. Kwak Byeong-Nam (Jin Sun-Kyu) is the president of the Changri Neighborhood Youth Association and is a former member of the HID counter-terrorism unit. He runs a hardware store that also sells stationery. Their neighbors include supermarket owner Jung Nam-Yeon (Kim Ji-Hyun), martial arts training gym director Lee Yong-Hee (Ko Kyu-Pil), and Seoul University engineering student Park Jung-Hwan (Lee Jung-Ha). These people, who have no interest in protecting their country, much less in global peace, gather together for their family and their neighborhood.
