Park Yoon-Jae (Yoon San-Ha) is a university student studying astronomy. He met Kim Ji-Eun (Arin) on his first blind date, while attending the university. He fell in love with her and they became boyfriend and girlfriend. One day, a strange man appears in front of Park Yoon-Jae and tells him that he is Kim Ji-Eun.

Kim Ji-Eun is pretty and a warm-hearted woman. One day, she wakes up and finds herself changed to a man. She meets her boyfriend Park Yoon-Jae and explains her situation to him. She begins to use the male name Kim Ji-Hoon (Yoo Jung-Hoo) and learns how to live as a man from her boyfriend. Kim Ji-Eun and Park Yoon-Jae decide to not break up and to wait for her to return to her original female appearance to continue their relationship. They try to figure out a way to make that happen.

Meanwhile, Kang Min-Joo (Chuu) is a popular girl attending the same university as Park Yoon-Jae. She also has a crush on him.

Gel Sep 01 2025 4:30 am I actually enjoyed this drama overall, though I have to admit I got a bit annoyed at times with Chu’s character and the café manager’s acting. Not sure if it was the way they were written or portrayed, but it just didn’t click with me. The main leads, on the other hand, did quite well especially for rookies. I even felt some real sparks between Yuri and Jihoon (am I the only one who noticed that? ?). Fingers crossed we get to see them as FL and ML in a future project!

Big credit to PD-nim too for not forcing a kissing scene between the two MLs in the finale. I have nothing against BL/GL genres, but I personally prefer a more wholesome, classic romance—and I’m glad they stayed true to that vibe. To the three main leads: thank you for your hard work, you really carried this show.

And just a little TMI, I’ve loved Arin since Alchemy of Souls! She’s absolutely gorgeous, and I think S-line is her best performance yet.

R Aug 22 2025 3:29 pm i enjoy the acting of all four leads. especially with sanha and yunghoo, their acting with each other and other characters is really good.

after watching ep 10, i was glad jieun finally said something to minju. it’s bothersome to see yoonjae not be adamant on boundaries between him and minju, especially in front of his gf. it was annoying really and it was hard to feel bad for yoonjae when he’s not really being respectful to jieun/jihun.

excited for the final episodes~

Olya_1004 Aug 20 2025 8:00 am This drama seems to be getting mostly negative comments but I kind of like it. There is a lot of bi panic moments that are kind of cute,the characters are all great in my eyes except 2nd lead female,she really rubs me the wrong way and I don't like how Yoon Jae doesn't put a boundary and keeps letting her flirt with him like it's no big deal,grow a pair and tell her to stop. The drama is not meant to be too serious so people need to take it lightly and sure like any drama there are minor issues but you can mostly ignore them and enjoy the show.

Personally I quite like the acting of the male version of FL although its funny its the 2nd drama I am seeing him in and he is again someone's transformation rather than a character of his own. He is doing really well with the feminine mannerisms and stares.

All in all,if you want something light with some cute romances and a drama that doesn't take itself too seriously you should watch it.

this is bad Aug 13 2025 11:23 am horrible. FL is mostly irrational so bad that she puts themselves in a position where she didn't want to be in (ep7 play). ML keeps the flirty girl beside her right in front of the supposedly gf. He can't be firm with her that's why she keeps chasing. I guess the stupidity in writing was meant to be funny for the viewers, but it just comes across as stupid, only makes it annoying. just bad writing overall. the most tolerable character is the FL best friend.

And it gets interesting after she turned into a man. Tho it's still awkward between both of them, you can still see that Yunjae really cares for his gf. Can't wait to see what will happen next and see more characters!!

Avi Jul 24 2025 10:59 pm Everyone is too mad about this drama, and it's been 2 episodes. I can't imagine how impatient and critical you are of everything else. I personally don't like a lot of dramas, but this one is one of the few entertaining ones! Good premise, funny scenes, maybe tone down the kisses but I don't mind! Everyone wants something new, but when the new comes along suddenly everyone hates it - make up your minds.This gets a 8/10 just from the first two episodes alone, can't wait for the next 10 - this is so objectively good and lighthearted!

Is there queerbaiting involved? Yes, and it's questionable - but it's KBS2, so they're not going to explicitly brand it as a BL, given that they're The national broadcaster. I'm critical of many other dramas, but this one isn't even the worst of the bunch - this was a fun watch for me: it's silly, nonsensical, and absurd, but all that makes it just a bit more charming. Additionally, this is a 12-episode series, and we're just getting started. Is patience no longer a thing since the rise of Netflix and other streaming sites that dump a whole season all at once? Give it some time to cook and Then gather your thoughts, what a bunch of impatient killjoys. This drama gets a good 8/10 from the first episode just for the interesting premise.
