Sa Gye (Ha Yoo-Joon), who has a super positive personality, is the vocalist and guitarist for the most popular K-pop band The Crown. But, he is kicked out of the band overnight. He starts his campus life as a university student at Hanju University and experiences chaotic situations that he has never experienced before. There, he is destined to meet Kim Bom (Park Ji-Hu) and falls in love with her. He forms a university band club with Kim Bom, Seo Tae-Yang (Lee Seung-Hyub), Kong Jin-Gu (Kim Sun-Min) and Bae Kyu-Ri (Seo Hye-Won). Meanwhile, Kim Bom dreamed of studying at an Ivy League university in U.S., but, due to her mother's death 6 years ago, she gave up her dream andis now studying music at Hanju University. She has a bright personality and has experience with many part-time jobs.

Notes

Ep.1 and 2 will air on consecutive nights (May 6th and 7th, 2025) and then one episode per week will air on Wednesdays until the story concludes on its 10th episode.

Taylor Nov 01 2025 11:11 am Honestly it's an okay series. I don't expect anything mindblowing about it. It's a simple typical romcom kdrama; ML fell in love with FL but then there's a 2nd ML who we all know will not end up with the FL but then she kept clinging onto him bc they spent their childhood longer than ML. Could be just an 8 episodes. There's no need to stretch the predictable plotline lol. Overall it's a 7/10.

I love everything about this series.. the cinematography, the cast, the OSTs, the storyline, everything was good.. ML's acting is okay considering it's his first lead role in a drama and FL nailed her character.. The senior actors especially Taeyang's father and CEO Jo perfectly embodied their roles and the supporting characters were all doing good job!! Spring Of Youth is a perfect choice for someone who likes light drama like me.. the soundtrack See You Later got me addicted.. I listen to it everyday

I understood the decision to make seunghyub the 2nd lead because of the age gap, but my main complaint is the plot and script is on the immature side/doesn’t have much depth to it. A chill drama i guess, good to pass your time. Plot kinda remind me of webdrama/old romance kdrama in terms of the simplified plot

Brc Jun 25 2025 2:11 pm I would never watch this drama without Seunghyub. Some acting is very absurdly exaggerated and some are very bad. The storyline is getting worse.. I think that although the subject and theme are very good at first, the plot never goes well. There are many lacks and gaps in the script of the drama. Taeyang's character could have been better written, too much injustice was done to him. Anyways, Seunghyub and Taeyang deserve the best! I love you more than this drama! I want to watch you in better works!

Howlove_ Jun 05 2025 12:01 pm Man, no one want to talk about taeyang and his father?? It seems abuse but have strong storyline. I just wonder how writer want to wrap up this father-son relationship & story.

And maybe sagye-bom loveline not my age favor plot or we almost deal with thriller/ mystery drama so we forgot about how youth rom-com happen. And this is 10 episode drama which delete 6 episode ( usual ) so, we have to get main plot directly on 1st episode.

So all of U guys giving bad reviews about the movie, U could hop on another Asian drama and leave those who love this movie for us let us enjoy. Patiently waiting for episode 6 this evening ???

L. S. May 29 2025 3:59 am Actually this drama is good. The acting is good and the storyline is good. Not the best but atleast watchable. I don't know why it is so underrated literally everywhere while more cringy dramas are trending. I think it's fresh to see some young faces from time to time instead of sticking to the same faces repeating every year in a differnet combination. Loved ep5 so much and looking forward to the final. Hating on the ml just bcz he's new is just ridiculous while he's doing just fine.

Pineapple May 23 2025 12:37 am Terrible writing. Too many things happening all at once, but proceeds to just "skip through it" and never get mentioned again. It feels like the writer just wants to make a lot of conflicts but ended up being limited to 10 episodes only. Most characters are unbearable to watch, only the FL and second ML that are still understandable but sometimes questionable. Male lead being a total creep yet nobody ever question that in the next few seconds, which is honestly sad (unless they want to portray the reality).

Again, this drama is just not it. Terrible writing, doesn't have a consistent pacing on each episodes, and too many questionable scenes. Dropped at the end of Episode 2.
