Soo-Young (Jeon Do-Yeon) is a former police officer. She was promised money from Andy (Ji Chang-Wook) if she would go to prison instead of him on corruption charges. Two years later she is released from prison. She realizes that she has been abandoned by everyone involved in the case including Andy. Soo-Young moves straight ahead, without hesitation, to get the money she was promised. She doesn't have anyone who she can trust. In front of her, her only helper Yoon-Sun (Lim Ji-Yeon), whose identity is unknown, appears.

Stain Pink Dec 10 2025 7:31 am I think it's a good movie. I see many Korean Crime thrillers, and I like this film lots! It's different than most and that's why I find it intriguing. Movies like All Art have so much to do with the mood and mindset of viewers BEFORE they start watching it. IF I am in an odd foul mood then chances are Way greater for me not to like it. Such is the art experience

I also disagree with Norik " What happened to the sweet k dramas that gave us love of the Korean culture? Drugs , gangs are not the norm in Korea , as is in western countries. This is more western style yes , I was disappointed, garbage is what this movie represents ."

There are still many movies and dramas being filmed that are exactly of the type you like to watch. But Korea always had darker, gang, drugs, crime type of movies, even way back in the past, it's just that you are not familiar with it as you were probably watching content of only one type. For example movies such as: The Chaser (2008) , The Yellow Sea (2010) ,Friend / Chingu (2001), Nameless Gangster: Rules of the Time (2012) , Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance (2002), A Bittersweet Life (2005) ,The Man from Nowhere (2010), Asura: The City of Madness (2016) ,The Unjust (2010) ,A Dirty Carnival (2006) ,Veteran (2015) and many more, as the ones I just menitoned were some of the classics and biggest hits , made by some of the most respected Korean directors.

Fred Cordiano Sep 20 2025 10:08 pm I am partial I love Jeon do Yeon I found the movie fascinating. Some have said the movie was slow? The flashbacks blended in well. Yes, it is an off beat movie. I just loved the final scene when she had the drink and ate the fish.

Ji Chang-Wook, omg I couldn’t, I just couldn’t with him, I laughed so hard at his character in this role, you can see it in his face as well in some parts he just wanted laugh at himself. His character in this movie I can’t really describe it, but it’s way too funny. I love it. Must watch you guys. Not draggy too much and I didn’t mind it cause it needed it to tell the story of everyone. But loved it. 10/10

XD Feb 07 2025 1:33 am Movie was sooo dragging!!! 1hr and 30 min in and all the scenes were pointless. ugh! If It wasn't for JCW I wouldn't even have watched it! So many holes in this movie, without any of the plot answered!
