Eun-Soo (Ryu Hwa-Young) is an aspiring writer. She lives in unit #401 at an apartment building. She is having a hard time because of the noise that comes from the above apartment #501. Meanwhile, Eun-Soo is looking for material to write for a contest. Her friend tells her to write about things around her. Eun-Soo then decides to write about the noise that comes from unit #501. She begins to observe Ho-Kyung (Park Jin-Woo) who lives in unit #501. She then begins to tail him and also uses wiretaps. Ho-Kyung begins to notice Eun-Soo's prescence. Soon, Eun-Soo faces a shocking truth about her neighbor.
