Kohei Sugihara (Motoki Nakazawa) is a first grade university student. Since he experienced hearing loss, he has kept a distance from others and he has spent his time quietly alone. One day, Kohei Sugihara meets Taichi Sagawa (Toranosuke Kobayashi), who is bright and straightforward. After Kohei Sugihara gives his lunch box to Taichi Sagawa, who is hungry, he returns the favor by volunteering to do note-taking for Kohei Sugihara. Since then, they get close to each other.
