Set in the year 2020, when the world is forced into a lockdown caused by the pandemic. Shinsaku (Masaki Suda) works for a large company in Tokyo and he is enthusiastic about fishing as a hobby. He falls in love at first sight with a four room apartment with a rental fee of only 60,000 yen in Minamisanriku, Miyagi Prefecture. Thanks to the remote work caused by the pandemic, he starts a trial move to the town of Minamisanriku, which is close to sea. In between doing his work, he goes often to the sea to fish. The people in the town are worried about the appearance of Shinsaku, who they see as a stranger from Tokyo. Shinsaku is confused by the actions of the locals at first, but with his positive and active personality he is able to blend in with the locals. An unexpected life awaits for him.
