Park Kyeong-Chul (Oh Dae-Hwan) and Lee Tae-Yong (Lee Yong-Kyu) work for the Wanggalbi Gang that is led by Boss Jang (Kim Byung-Ok). On Boss Jang’s birthday, he is suddenly attacked and murdered by Hwang In-Seong (Kim Jung-Tae), who is the boss of the Samgeori Gang. In order to survive, Park Kyeong-Chul sneaks into a church and Lee Tae-Yong sneaks into a temple. They both wait with bated breath for the day to take revenge. The Samgeori Gang is engaged in private loans and human trafficking, which angers Detective Cha Do-Pil (Ji Seung-Hyun). He suggests to Park Kyeong-Chul and Lee Tae-Yong that they should work together to catch Hwang In-Seong.
