Shiro Miura ([[Toma Ikuta]]) works as an architect. He suddenly returns to his hometown. The purpose for his visit is to close down bathhouse Marukin Hot Spring, that was left behind by his late father, and build an apartment over that property. He tells his younger brother Goro Miura ([[Gaku Hamada]]) about his idea, but his brother is cool to the idea. Goro Miura has run Marukin Hot Spring since their father passed away. While Goro ran the bathhouse, Shiro Miura ran away to the city and lived freely there.<br />

One day, Goro Miura gets injured in an incident at the bathhouse and he gets hospitalized. <br />
Izumi ([[Kanna Hashimoto]]), who is an employee at the bathhouse, suggests to Shiro Miura that he should work on behalf of his brother. Shiro Miura then begins to work temporarily at the bathhouse. While working there, Shiro Miura meets the regulars that visits the bathhouse and this causes a change in Shiro Miura.<br />
