The story takes place during the last years of the Ming Dynasty in the legendary Wudang Mountain. Zhuo Yihang is a young Knight of Wudang, who shines with great talent in martial arts. Well loves by his master Ziyang, the young boy also possesses a rebellious spirit. One day, Zhuo secretly leaves the Wudang fortress to play outside. By mistake, he trespasses into the zone of the Mo, a deviant cult that rival to the Wudang. The boy is set upon by a pack of wolves but is saved by a longhaired girl who sings a folk song to placate the wolves.
