Imdb says: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1037133/companycredits Toei all the way. I looked at both Japanese websites and didn't come up with conclusive evidence either way. When it gets closer to release date I think it will clear up. In the meantime I have hunch Geneon is handling international distribution and Toei is handling Japan's theatrical release. Will watch this as well to make sure as it gets closer to release date. Cheers ..
