Set at a psychiatric hospital. Soo-Myung ([[Yeo Jin-Goo]]) has suffered from schizophrenia due to his guilt that he suffers from his mother's suicide. He meets Seung-Min ([[Lee Min-Ki]]) at the psychiatric hospital. Seung-Min has been forcibly hospitalized because of his wealthy family's inheritance fight. Dreaming of getting out of the hospital, Seung-Min constantly tries to escape. Soo-Myung begins to follow Seung-Min.

# Based on novel "Nae Simjangeul Sswara" by [[Jung Yoo-Jung (writer)|Jung Yoo-Jung]] (published May 27, 2009 by EunHaeng NaMu Publishing). [[Jung Yoo-Jung (writer)|Jung Yoo-Jung]] also appears in the film as a psychiatrist.
# Filming began May 1, 2014. The first scene filmed has Seung-Min ([[Lee Min-Ki]]) and Soo-Myung ([[Yeo Jin-Goo]]) meeting for the first time in ward 501 of Soori Psychiatric Hospital.
# Filming ended July 27, 2014 in Jeonju, South Korea. The last scene filmed involved Soo-Myung ([[Yeo Jin-Goo]]) walking on a road in front of the psychiatric hospital.
