Shotaro Taguchi ([[Ryunosuke Kamiki]]) is a rookie lawyer. He is sent to a middle school from his law office as part of a new "school lawyer system."

One day, a student’s guardian comes to the school and the guardian complains that their daughter received corporal punishment at her school. The guardian tells the school that they will sue the school. Shotaro Taguchi informs the guardian that they are "obstructing business by force" and kicks the person out from school. The school principal is thrilled, but
Miura ([[Seiichi Tanabe]]), who is the chief of school affairs, doesn't agree with Shotaro Taguchi's method and tells him that the school has to follow protocols.

A couple of days later, the student’s guardian, who is still angry, sends a single paper to the school. The paper has phrases and a signature by the student's homeroom teacher Mochizuki ([[Yukino Kishii]]). The phrases are about Mochizuki admitting that she administered corporal punishment on the student.
