Swindlers Sun-Dal ([[Oh Dal-Su]]) and Won-Sam ([[Lim Won-Hie]]) become Salamander Guru ([[Oh Dal-Su]]) and Assistant Guru ([[Lim Won-Hie]]), with the help of elite computer hacker Min-Hyuk ([[Minho]]) who makes the two swindlers look like the real Salamander Guru and Assistant Guru. Meanwhile, the real Salamander Guru Bum-Gyu ([[Lee Byung-Joon]]) has Alzheimer's disease.

# First shooting for drama series "Salamander Guru and The Shadow Operation Team" took place January 3, 2012 at a hospital in Ilsan, South Korea. In the first scene shot, Salamander Guru Bum-Gyu ([[Lee Byung-Joon]]) is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
# [[Tae-Yeon]] from Kpop group "[[Girls' Generation]]" makes cameo appearance in ep.3 of "Salamander Guru and The Shadow Operation Team". Her character jumps out of a window to avoid talking about an arranged marriage. She then lands on Min-Hyuk ([[Minho]]) and falls in love at first sight. She'll try to make Min-Hyuk fall in love with her.
# [[Yong Joon-Hyung]] from Kpop group "Beast" and L from Kpop group "Infinite" also makes cameo appearance in ep.3 of "Salamander Guru and The Shadow Operation Team". Min-Hyuk ([[Minho]]) belonged to a burglary team with Joker ([[Yong Joon-Hyung]]) and L ([[Kim Myung-Soo (L)|Kim Myung-Soo]] ), but quit the group. Joke and L has kept on stealing and now threaten Min-Hyuk to join their team once again.
