At a conference, he hears from a Vietnamese doctor “I wish you would help us.” Tadashi decides to go to Vietnam as a volunteer doctor, but his wife Yui ([[Ryoko Kuninaka]]) is not happy with the idea. Tadashi tells his wife he will go only for 3 months. In Vietnam, Tadashi experiences difficulties with a poor medical environment and cultural differences. He also can not get along with Doctor San.
