With the new environment, Sanae seems to have powered up her devilishness and Kazuma's life is just as miserable as it used to be. Their unique neighbors and new friends wouldn't help his situation, so he starts writing the blog about his pathetic life again. The popular series comes back a the new setting and more hilarious characters.
