Miyazaki, a vintage aircraft buff, decided to adopt the word for his new studio, hoping to be a “hot wind into the world of Japanese animation.” In 1991, Studio Ghibli opened the Ghibli Museum, a commercial museum celebrating the works from Studio Ghibli. The museum is located in Inokashira Park in [[Mitaka]], a western suburb of [[Tokyo]] (1-1-83 Simorenjaku, Mitaka-shi, Tokyo 181-0013), Japan. ==External Links== * [http://www.ghibli.jp/ Official Website] * [http://www.ghibli-museum.jp/ Ghibli Museum Website (Japanese & English] [[Category:Movie Companies]] [[Category:Japanese Movie Companies]] Return to Studio Ghibli.
