The company would change its name to Tosho Corporation in 1972 and then renamed as Happinet Coporation (after aquiring Dairin Corporation and Seiko Corporation) in 1991. In December 1994, Bandai Co. Ltd increased its holding making Happinet a Bandai affiliate.
