Shizuku Hiiragi (Keiko Kitagawa) is works as a judge in the Tokyo District Court. She has a motto "If you don’t know people, you can't be a good lawyer." She places too much time on each case, so she can’t carry out her work efficiently on a daily basis. One day, she receives an order to work at a Seinan Law School as a professor. She follows the order and begins to teach at the law school. Her students don't like her teaching style. They complain that her class is inefficient to prep them for the bar exam. Meanwhile, Jin Aoi (Yuki Yamada) is a popular professor at Seinan Law School. One day, Shizuku Hiiragi visits Jin Aoi's class to observe his teaching methods. Shizuku Hiiragi has doubts about his teaching style, which is all about efficiency and that also leaves students behind that can't keep up.
