Shinji Sakura (Daigo Nishihata) is a university student, but his life is in despair over his father's arrest, his parents' divorce and his own heavy debt. One day, his fellow university student Yuki Hanamori (Riko Fukumoto) recommends a mysterious part-time job which is to become a Grim Reaper who earns 300 yen an hour. The Grim Reaper's job is fulfilling the wishes of those who passed away without being able to solve their lingering attachments. He helps them to get to the afterlife.
