After Choi Young-Jin (Kim Hee-Ae) takes time off from work, Ko Yoon-Jung (Kim Sung-Ryoung) becomes the new detective squad chief. She returned to South Korea after training with the F.B.I. in the United States.

"Mrs. Cop 2" takes over the SBS Saturday & Sunday 22:00 time slot previously occupied by "Identical Affairs" and followed by "Beautiful Gong Shim" May 14, 2016.
Kim Hee-Ae turned down an offer to perform in "Mrs. Cop 2" due to a need for time off after filming "Mrs. Cop."
Son Ho-Jun and Lee Da-Hee were offered to reprise their characters from the first series, but declined it.

Kim Beom showed that he could do more then be a flower boy. the relationship between him and Choi Jin-ho was one loyalty and respect even if they were the villains. Kim Sung-Ryoung kept me glue to my seat because you never knew what she would do or think. Thank you for such and enjoyable drama. I am waiting to see what the director or writer come up with next to top this.

Get Jung Woong In to be the psychotic character of Kim Beom...he's good at it.

Mrs. Cop 2 is worth watching because of Kim Beom. His facial expressions are priceless. He is really good.

Also, Kang Sang Chul character is cute! Hahahah. I was so excited for season 1 that in the end i stopped halfway cuz i found it to be too boring (my expectations are too high). So I was contemplating whether I should watch season 2 or not and I'm glad I did. No regrets!

neko_chan Apr 03 2016 1:49 pm i havent watched miss cop 1 and for now i do not plan to do it. however, i really enjoy this drama. i started it coz od trailer and wanted to see the new role for kim bum (somehow i stopped watching his last drama as it was really boring) ut this time i am not dissatisfied. on the contraty - have great time watching this show.

the female cop is great - i really like kim sung ryoung acting. although this rich style doesnt perfectly suit with the image of cop, with her it doesnt bother me. on the contrary - it matches her charatcer and charisma perfectly.

kim bum - so far this is his best drama. i love his acting here. even though he is a villain i cant force myself to dislike him. and his smile <3 melting... the chemistry between the two leads - dabeak!! i know its impossible but i really wish they end up having some relation or one (more preferably) night stand. that would be sth different and enjoyable.

the rest of the characters suplement the leads. hope they wont ruin this drama.

malaga Mar 13 2016 10:51 pm season 2 seems promising so far. was going to watch season 1, but gotten only as far as the first episode, after the stupid ahjumma took the kid in her car to look for the violent suspect and subsequently got the kid killed, didnt bother with the rest of the drama. probably didnt miss much, since kim sun ryong is a much better actress than kim hee ae.
