Kang Geum-Hwa (Oh Hyun-Kyung) had to quit her job after getting married. She never complained. Geum-Hwa is proud of taking care of her family which includes her husband Ko Kyung-Se (Kwon Oh-Jung) and daughter Dan-Bi. Geum-Hwa tries her best to make a happy home. She trusts her husband completely, but one day learns that her husband is having an affair. Geum-Hwa divorces her husband. She then goes through a very difficult period and experiences misery. Geum-Hwa then decides to give herself a makeover. She looks beautiful and refined from the outside, but inside she is tough. Geum-Hwa then faces the world and even when she falls down, she'll stand up for her daughter.

Ko Kyung-Se is the president of advertising company "Sweet Rain". He takes care of himself and is in good shape. He tries to keep his outward appearance young. After his divorce with Geum-Hwa, he marries Wang Se-Mi (Jung Si-A). Nevertheless, Kyung-Se realizes how important Geum-Hwa was to him & starts to better understand her. Carrying a lot of regret, Kyung-See then wants to take Geum-Hwa back.

Wang Se-Mi is a beautiful advertising planner. She believes she can make a warm family with Kyung-Se. Through many ups and downs, Se-Mi finally gets married to Kyung-Se. Se-Mi believes she'll able to become a wise wife, but as time goes by her situation takes a turn for the worse. Kyung-Se contacts his ex-wife. Kyung-Se makes the excuse that it's because of their child. At first, Se-Mi isn't worried about Geum-Hwa because she isn't attractive, but later finds out that Geum-Hwa has turned herself into a beautiful woman. Se-Mi feels threatened by Geum-Hwa and doesn't want to lose her love.

ZF Jul 20 2012 6:13 am uhm, Mr Ajumma is wrong. Geum Khwa didn't get back with Khyung Se. Never did or wanted too. her feelings for Khyung Se has fade ever since they separate and she meet Jung Woo. In fact, in the end, Jung Sun Nyi found out that Sae Mi lied and got hospitalised, didnt forgive Sae Mi and Sae Mi turned herself. Geum Khwa and Jung Woo got married, and she's pregnant with his child. and they lived happily. Sae Mi was released from jail, she repent and Khyung Se accept her back and she and Geum Khwa got into good terms =) I seriously love this K-Drama. The best and will always be. Totally moved my heart <3 Totally shipped Jung Woo & Geum Khwa. JUNG KHWA FOREVER <3

Mohd Dali Sajuri Jul 15 2012 9:16 pm An absolutely amazing drama with superb script-writing and a lot of twist. What I meant by "twist" is that "MIss Ahjumma" really is a comedy drama with some injection of romance, sadness, revenge and even silliness in some aspect. I really enjoyed watching Miss Ahjumma with my wife... while my kids are sleeping.

Mr Yoon Jung Woo (Tuan Yoon) really reminds me of myself when I was younger. He reminds me of how painful it was to leave someone eventhough you didnt hate that someone.

MrAjumma Jul 13 2012 3:19 am Miss Ajumma finally get back with her ex-husband Kyung-Se after persuaded by Dan-Bi.Even after Mr Charming-Yoon knew that he's not the father of Yoo Jin, he finally accepted Se-Mi coz she wanted to take her own life together with Yoo Jin. Its a very touching ending when Mr Charming-Yoon get hold of Yoo Jin hands just before Sae-Mi pull him to jump together..After all this story have many good messages, especially for husband, dont ever throw away your wife just because she doesnt look good anymore.Usually good wife will not take good care of herself, coz for them family come first.I'm a working husband and I hope all husband out there will see this movie and learn the mistake that Kyung-Se had dont..Its a worst thing that huband can do to one wife...have a nice seeing until the end...I'm happy to get to know this movie earlier than you all coz I'm staying at Seoul, this movie completed last year here in Korea...

I hates Kungse he does not deserve Geum Hwa, hate the mother too, mother and son are wicked they kicked Geum Hwa out of the house because of Saemi now both of them tried to get Geum Hwa back ,both of them are ridiculous and selfish Actually I got hook on to this drama because of the second lead actor Kim Jung -min very charming guy. I heard ending is good
