Personally, for me, the show declined without her. I understand the premise and the reasoning for the change of cast due to the plot line of cosmetic adjustment, but Netflix told me I’d be “wowed by the spot-on casting” and I just wasn’t convinced that the following actress was a perfect performance of the same character. Lee Han-Byeol is The Kim Mo-Mi and I can only hope to see her in more films and shows. She is truly the only performer worth a dime in this show and I hope her career thrives from here on out esther abad Aug 24 2023 10:41 pm I watch The Mask Girl, for me, Lee Hyan-Byeol is beautiful, and her acting is superb! I am now her number 1 fan, because of her portrayal, is like a breath of fresh air, I wish she could have more project, not only depicting her beauty but also her acting on a different genre, my wish for Hyan-Byeol is to become a great actress showing her true beauty without going under the knife. She is very beautiful in her own right. Her impact on her role is quite strong and quite intimidating, I cried hard when she cried, because she was shattered in what she saw and heard in one episode. Her appearance was really unique to me cuz in kdramas they always wanted to show us the actresses who are celebrities which they had adjusted themselves to fit into beauty standards. I want to see what she could do to industry.
