Moon-Ki (Bong Tae-Gyu) is involved in an accident and wakes up in the hospital. When he awakes, he can't remember his own name, family members or where he lives. Through fingerprint checks, he learns that his name is Moon-Ki and his address. When he goes to his home, Moon-Ki feels strange in the unfamiliar home. Moon-Ki then wakes up in the middle of the night and sees a woman (Park Shin-Hye) looking down on him. The woman tells Moon-Ki she is a ghost. Moon-Ki believes the woman is an illusion brought upon by his accident. Nevertheless, Moon-Ki later attends a funeral with the ghost and sees a photo of the deceased person. The deceased person is none other than the ghost!

The ghost's name is Kim Yeon-Hwa. She was murdered during a robbery. Moon-Ki doesn't know why she has come to him. He even asks her if she wants him to catch her killer, but Yeon-Hwa says no. Yeon-Hwa tells him that a detective will catch her killer, but there is something more important than catching her killer and the reason she has come to Moon-Ki is buried somewhere in his memory.

BibyD Apr 21 2016 2:37 pm I've never seen any of BTG works before, but it is so refreshing to see such a natural korean male actor, no plastic surgery, not buffed up. He is great in his acting, he makes the character relatable and normal like a classmate or a neighbor. He relies solely in his talent and skills to convey a story. That's a merit itself, don't you think?

Klout Feb 22 2016 12:57 am I watched this TV Movie because of the lead actor, I remember watching most of his movies before, as for this show it's nice, sad and depressing, the story didn't surprise me though because you can easily predict what happened.

bluefin Nov 27 2015 9:45 am i'd say the movie is 6 without PSY, and 7 with her in it.. the plot is predictable, although they try to twist it a bit, the cinematography is plain, some scenes just awkward.. it's such a shame the movie is "dry" because BTG and PS act very well, i like BTG since i saw him in When Romance Meets Destiny and he's so lucky often paired with beautiful actresses including PSY.. last scene is good but overall it's skippable, unless you're fan of BTG/PSY

K-drama addict Mar 15 2014 4:03 pm I watched this movie a long time ago, maybe a year ago or so. But I clearly remember I never question myself about ugliness or matching. What what everyone sees in this movie is not Park Shin Hye or Bong Tae Gyu but Yeon Hwa and Moon Ki. That's why I never cared if the main actors match each other. And anyway Bong Tae Gyu isn't ugly. He's just normal and a very good actor. For me al least. And I cannot imagine any other actor starring this movie. Because the movie is what it is with him in it and could never be the same with anyone else. Whoever doesn't like him; there are a million other movies to watch and no need to insult anyone. It is a worth watching movie.

appreciatedrama Oct 13 2013 12:44 pm why do you guys keep on arguing who should the lead actor/actress be. its not about who the lead is, its about how they portray the character on the movie and how they act. not just because the lead actress is beautiful doesnt mean the the lead actor should be handsome. so for those people who keep whinning on who they want to be the lead actor and actress, then go make a movie yourselves, be the director and the producers so you can choose your own actors.

Me Apr 27 2013 4:07 pm People who make comments like Fabi's are the absolute worst. They assume that what they want in a drama is what everyone should want in a drama. So because you'd prefer butt ugly actors that can act, everyone should have to prefer that? Me, I'd prefer an amazingly good looking actor who COULD act, and for the most part I have never been disappointed. But what's more important than what I'd prefer is that I'd never look down on people who want something different. You try to come off as so much better than the "brain dead half wits" who commented here, but you really come off as even more shallow than someone who only cares about looks, because you believe your world view is the only one that matters. Grow up!

kimcy Mar 13 2013 11:40 am the movie was great and park shin hye did a good job even bong tae gyu. it doesn't matter who the actor or actress is or how much handsome and beautiful they are. it is about how well the actor and actress get along and how well they do the acting. it isn't about how handsome or beautiful they are but even though they don't get along and do a good acting. in my opinion, i think everyone did a good job. it was very funny hahahahahaha. without bong tae gyu it would have been boring. he really is a good and funny actor!!!!!! i love it very much!!! saranghae!!!!

neilalu Jan 12 2013 3:59 am well i guess its not at all a sad ending... to be honest its quite fair he killed the girl although indirectly so he deserve to payed for his crime so to speak by going in a asylum.... maybe they should make an extension or part 2 when he totally change his life and when met with the same situation does the right thing LOL.... but thats just me :)

Acting isn't about that it's about connecting which she did. I think they have a better connected that some of her previous lead actors that she worked with.

LoonyLizard Dec 15 2012 1:54 pm This made-for-TV movie is by turns funny, sweet, thoughtful, and tragically sad. (What, you expect a HAPPY ending to a ghost story?) What people need to get about the set-up is that her outer beauty is a perfect match for his inner beauty. This is fairly sophisticated writing for the most part, and the end product is most enjoyable.

Wake up and stop dreaming about yourself being with your idol, or who your idol is matched up with. Its D R A M A watch for the story and just enjoy. I'd rather see butt ugly actors who can act then idols who look good and destroy everything.
