A man and a woman suffers from wounded hearts due to a murder case that took place in their past. The man is a detective and the woman is a popular actress.

When Do-Jin (Jang Ki-Yong) and Jae-Yi (Jin Ki-Joo) were high school students, they were each other's first love. Do-Jin's father Hee-Jae (Heo Jun-Ho) was a psychopath and killed Jae-Yi's parents. Do-Jin and Jae-Yi were separated afterwards.

Now, Do-Jin works as a detective. He treats the victim's family with care. This is his way of atoning for his father's horrific act. Meanwhile, Jae-Yi works as an actress. She followed in the footsteps of her late mother who was a famous actress. Since her parents' deaths, Jae-Yi has suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder.

Do-Jin and Jae-Yi meet again.

Irene May 05 2022 4:56 pm Fantastic Kdrama! After watching Born Again, Jang Ki yong really solidified himself as a top notch actor rather than just a handsome face. So I decided to watch this drama for him! It seems like because he had experience as Yoon Namu in this drama, he was able to portray the Born Again character precisely too, since the roles are similar (son of a murderer).

And i Really loved the character development of yoon hyun moo. I was really touched. The acting is superb !! Love the 2 leads!

This drama took me right from epis 1 all the way to the end. Really enjoyed this drama, very touching. The 2 leads, gorgeous looks and strong acting. Their chemistry just top. I just loved this drama and recommend you to watch it!

Maniac Gemini Jul 13 2021 8:30 am honestly at first i thought it was a good drama after watching the trailer. but some scenes kinda annoying & disappointing me. it doesn't make sense at all. Like, the criminals easily escaped when Do Jin, the police himself literally faced & fight them but just let them go like that. And because of that many innocent lives lost. Also, honestly the main couple didn't portray sadness from their tragic past that well except during they were still kids.

At first I hate the brother but then I feel sorry for him and cry a lot because of him. I love the ending, it's quite satisfying, it makes me miss it and want to watch it all over again

In my opinion the only flaw was the dialogues between the two protagonists: they had to be developed better and had to be less repetitive: in the last episodes they were cloying and not very credible.

It made me cried most of the times, some of the scenes are very painful to watch. But it is so good, the story, actors, everything about this is well done!! Such amazing drama.

Places where situations could have been brought under control by the so called trained police personnel the drama viewers were made to watch their slow gesture. The psycho analysis of the behviour of the murderer is also due. The story is quite lose knitted.

I also felt their pain n hurt when they keep struggling to life with happy. Kudos to all character for your great acting. The lead players are great together. You almost feel like they really love each other. Can't wait to get back to it. I'm hooked on kdrama thanks to my Granddaughter, Larissa Noelle Parker. She is almost 17 now ,but got me hooked many years ago. Now I am a 76 year old grandma hooked on dramas and kpop. (Day6 and BTS) Thanks honey... I'm so happy you got me hooked.

tara Aug 17 2020 10:11 am !!! possible SPOILERS ahead !!! personally this just was not my cup of tea. i had read good reviews which is why i decided to give it a watch but sadly it just wasn't for me. honestly i thought it was boring. the romance felt out of place to me and the crime/thriller aspect was too weak. trying to incorporate the two is a hard thing to do well in kdrama. i found myself skipping through scenes towards the end as it was all too predictable. its a real shame as i really enjoyed the first few episodes but in the end i just ended up preferring the younger versions of the characters and the events that took place 12 years ago as opposed to what was happening at present. but as always this is just my personal opinion. if you don't like heavily crime focused kdramas you will probably like this, for its romance too. ill give it a 5/10 and that goes for those earlier episodes :(

I'm now a fan of JKY after seeing him in My Mister which brought me here & this one as well...he deserved to win an award here as well as the others! I really like Jin ki joo also but wished she'd won an award for her acting as well! Their chemistry was great & hope they team up again! I highly recommend this drama which was all worthwhile spending 32 hrs of episodes! Kudos also to the young actors Nam Da eum & Ryoo Han Bi they were both awesome as well in their roles! Credits also goes to Kim kyung nam and Heo jun ho whose role in Hotelier was quite different in this drama! If you haven't seen this, you're missing something! I look forward to watching some of their other projects!

It was straight to the point and no curve-balls that sometimes doesn't make sense in other dramas. The series was well written IMO and had both romance and thriller which viewers would love. 93/100

JKY and the lead actress are v good & hv a gr8 chemistry! i can't wait to finish it & seeing it's 32 episodes it may take me a while LOLs! even then i think it's worth it!

blossom May 26 2020 10:07 am This show a treasure, Jang Kiyong's acting is superb, as is all the supporting actors. The story sets up a good base about Namu and Nakwon's life and there are some gaps that slowly reveal themselves throughout the story. The second half was most exciting as the night of the murder and relationship between father and son, as well as the mystery around the revenge murders, start unfolding. The romance slows it down a little bit but is also an important element of the story so I can see why it is there.

While on the extreme side, it is nice to see the story of a non-conventional family and the people/relationships of those surrounding a criminal. It was explored very deeply and makes you think about how families may be going through these sorts of experiences.

It is another drama that I find hard to move on from, the cast was so perfect, the young versions aligned with the older versions that it felt as if it was them who actually grew up! Everyone played their role so perfectly and gave all sort of emotions that one can feel, it had been so long since I felt like this while watching a kdrama. I give it a 10/10 and I highly recommend it, if you haven't watched this, you are missing a big part of kdrama!

You can feel they really love each other even just by looking at each other.. you can feel them yearning for each other for the past years that they were apart.. I cried whenever they see each other even if they dont have a dialoge. Hahahahah Even in the ep 1 where he saw nakwon’s commercial, he had tears. It’s very touching drama. Even though it took some time for them to be together, you can feel their love with each other..

I also love the scenes where whenever namu was stressed or sad, he always go to the cafeteria to look at nakwon’s poster/picture. She really was his beautiful paradise

I cried every episode T_T i really like their love story and them doing their promises with each other like why did nakwon want to become an actress and why namu always looks at nakwon's posters hahahhaha it's very touching drama..

This drama is more on Namu's story.. Jang ki yong did excellent work in his acting.. you can really feel his emotions looking in his eye.. I also like the way he looks at nakwon with puppy eyes when they are together. He's like a baby especially when he's nodding without saying anything when she's asking him something.. He's so cute :)

I've been watching a lot of korean dramas since I was 14 years old and I could say I'd already know how the story goes just after the 3 episodes. I'm obviously not disappointed with this drama. I've always wanted to watch this but had not enough will to watch it, but after seeing y'alls comments I immediately watch it. I just finished watching it now and all I can say is that It is definitely woth the watch. I cried a lot every episode. HJH really gave me creeps but not as much as how CKY did. y'all need to watch this shit, I really love how CKY could just kill but didn't chose to, for Nak Won. Isn't that beautiful? just the fact that how much he controls himself and be a normal person for his beloved beautiful paradise, Nak Won. that shit hit different, that will always get me. kuddos to all actors and actresses that had portrayed their characters very well! specially JKJ, NDR, RHB, KKN, SJY, KSH, HSB and JIG. job well done everyone! the ending is also nice too, I love how the writers and directors gave us the ending that we deserve also the ending that CKY and JKJ deserve. since they have a sad fate and love story, they deserve to have an ending like a normal person should. I love how they had a date and acted a normal couple do. would definitely watch this again in the future.

J Jing Jan 14 2020 5:34 pm dang i had it on hold for like 2 years. kinda couldn't bring myself to watch cuz i thought it would only be a sad drama. but im happy i finally saw it. it was worth it. this work had a little of everything. and it was well balanced. the main couple love was rly beautiful, and their young selves acting was rly nice too usually i kinda dont like to waste time with flash backs but this time i liked it. and last but no less important the ending was nice. hope to see some of the actors here as leads in more dramas not just the main leads but a few other as well.i'll stop here. if u haven't yet you should give a chance for this work...

AJ Aug 24 2019 4:08 am I mostly liked the series, and I appreciate how hard and well the actors worked. Well done. My problem is with the writing, which for me is uneven and too often filled with gaffes. Major issue 1: No criminal, much less a serial killer, will be allowed to go anywhere without handcuffs, much less be allowed to attack visitors or escape. The fact this resulted in horror just makes the stupidity that much worse. It happens too many times to the point of silliness. Issue 2: JKY is a beautiful, talented actor, yet he is often reduced to long, boring scenes of staring at people, especially JKJ’s lovely character. The child actor had to do the same. That might be touching for a bit, but it was used to the point of annoyance. I bet if we pulled those scenes, they would constitute a couple of episodes of staring adoringly. The actors deserved better scripts. Frankly, there is just too much repetition: this could have been a shorter series or even a movie.

Myg Jun 08 2019 12:38 am I'm currently watching ep. 9 and I hate the reporter sooo much. She' s a great actress no doubt, as she makes me want to punch her everytime she smirks. I love this drama but there a lot of filler scenes that I skipped, like the eye contest thingy. wish it continues as I expect it to be in the following episodes. Don't let me down. Even though I already know that the constant threats HJY is receiving is not from hyun moo lol.

Jin Ki joo is cute, she pulls the role well!! Sometimes I see hyolyn in her hence I lost my focus from time to time XD

I love the chemistry and the character development. Must not skip this piece if you are into romance and a bit murder drama!!

Ore-sama Jan 05 2019 11:35 am I cried a lot..those who love slice of life drama or people who have strong empathize feeling really should watch this.. this is not typical korean romantic drama and i like it.. the only minor concern is the lead female character does not have the eyes (traumatized but strong & kind look) like the young female lead character..she is just look weak..so it is like different person..i love how the young nak won portrayed the character..but it is still ok..i give it 9/10. it have a message & lesson..which is good and i dont feel guilty for wasting time on drama ? the more i engrossed in it the more i feel angry at the society..taunting, looking down on other, judgemental, prejudice, skeptical, greed, taking advantage on other misery are also a crime..people should just focus on their own evil..especially Reporter Park Hee Young and her news team. She is not mentally sick but still evil..people with bad heart are worst than those with bad mental.

Ya'll should watch it and let's cry our hearts together and then hug each other. The title is just perfect for this. THIS IS PERFECT.

There's no episode that makes me felt bored. For me, this is the best drama that I watched for this year. The chemistry between the lead was totally amzing. And that annoying reportar, Park Heeyoung, totally pissed me off a lot. I'm glad that Yeom Jihong killed her haha.

DW Nov 27 2018 11:44 am The chemistry between the leads (both the younger and older ones) is the highlight of this show. It was incredibly captivating to watch their very complicated but strong relationship grow over the episodes. Nam Da Reum and Ryoo Han Bi's portrayal of young Na Moo and Nak Kwon was incredibly captivating, I'd kill to watch a show with these two as the leads in the future.

It's such a touching story about how two people fall in love despite their tragic background put them at odds. I also loved how Nak Kwon despite having every reason to be averse to Na Moo never treated him anything less than her love. I love how she fought for him and never gave up on their relationship despite this stigma. Seriously this show needs more love, because it's so very good. I'd highly recommend it to everyone.

chae Nov 01 2018 12:48 pm I just finished this drama! I am truly amazed and in love to Chang Ki-Yong! The young leads were great that I couldn't find anything to complain at all! I just found out that the leads were first offered to Nam Joo-Hyuk and Bae Suzy, (i am a fan of both, watched every drama they're in) I am glad that they declined it because I find the two leads perfect for they're role! And I couldn't imagine Joo-Hyuk as Do-Jin, because that poker face Ki-Yong have is superb! (I 1st saw him from Lie Love Lie and I already thought he has the face and skills has a lead!) I am not sure how to read tv ratings but i hope this drama weren't underrated!

I actually don't care for dark dramas but was thoroughly hooked after the first few episodes. The leads and support were just sooo good! Love story was enticing as first love rarely last.

I hope is that this wins many awards.. this drama and all the actors deserve it!

Chang Ki-Yong put up such an amazing performance, his way of acting out his character was too good to be true. I had to remind myself he was just acting and this wasn't really his life story.... I can't wait to see more from him and Jin Ki-Joo. Great talent <3

Also the writers did a great job, every single episode was important. This is a true gem among all other dramas. I doubt I will get over this one anyday soon

From their first meeting in police academy, i was really interest for them, firstly i dont know who they're but they're chemistry is the best and than i became their drama fan, i'm waited for every week for the new episodes. Maybe the plot is little bit slow, but that's the point of this drama because the main villain is in jail so it can not be faster. The romance is truly amazing, not a cheeky romance but a ordinary sweet? Male lead who always protect the female lead, and the female lead is not a weak character. Literally the main leads really save this drama!!! Jang ki yong acting is realllyyyyy good, moreover he is model turn actor, and we can see jin ki joo acting beside for supporting character. And now i'm already missing them, their behind the scenes is the best, they enjoy every single scene.

You don't regret if watch this drama (but if you don't like melodrama and angst so don't watch and bash this drama!!!)

Hopefully i can see them in another show or moments :) maybe MBC Drama Awards 2018?? (Yeah still another months or half a year)

This is the drama where melodrama meets thriller that is made right. It gives you emotional turmoil for sure, sad, terrified, happy, mad, flutterish. So damn good. Hope Chang Ki Young and Jin Ki Joo would co-star once again in another drama next time but this time plizz let it be rom-com lol. Kudos to all of the casts especially the legendary phsychopath murderer Yoon Hui Jae, Heo Jun Ho for the stellar performance. This screenwriter is on my bucket list of the greatest screenwriters of Kdrama and she only came out with one full series and one drama special huhu

The main leads are sooooo PERFECT I'm lost for words. It's my first tym getting so hooked up to a love pair...how do I say it...It's their eyes...there's something special about them..even not saying anything feels so sparkly and special it's the chemistry man! I love ki yong...It's his first lead role and I can't help but feel awe for him this is such a heavy and challenging role and needless to say he pulled it off real amazing!You're amazing Na moo-ya! I hope ki yong gets to have an action film...he has an appeal/strong aura when fighting(can't forget ep 10 and 26 xd)...oohh he could pull off crazy which reminds me of chang wook idkwhy...anyway I deeply admire this blossoming actor..u have a bright future ahead of you!

And Nak won/jae yi...It's my first tym to get enthralled over the main female lead...if I'm not mistaken, this is her first lead role, too right? I'm glad she is the one casted ..her smile and eyes gives the feeling of being at ease...everything about her is so pretty... Well, the main leads are surely one of the main spice why this series is so special but let's not forget the villains and Na moo's family. It's like the character spice in this story are divided into three - the leads, Na moo/nak won's family, and the villains. Father psycho..how do I say it..in his calm, gentle demeanor, it makes him all the more unpredictable and somewhat scary. He's the type that doesn't have to make hideous facial expressions to scare off and intimidate people I love that about him. Na moo' s brother, hyun moo...I hated this guy at first...but sooner he made me feel sympathy and even charmed me when he showed affection for his family(esp when he secretly protected his sister which was just...heartwarming) I thought he was completly heartless... Jae yi's brother idkwhy looks like he's also capable of becoming more psychotic and evil..those eyes...oohh they give me this weird hate feeling. And even though many hated on reporter Park hee young's character, she is GOLD I tell you..her intelligent smirk made her look champion...She's one of the main reasons I looked forward to this series too bad her character ended too early

Overall I love COME AND HUG ME...I'm still on ep26 and I can't wait for the remaing episodes...I'll surely miss this TT^TT I love everyone here

I most say that the father has a sick, twisted obsession and affection for his son and it is sickening. I am also glad that the father escaped from jail because he is going to make the show more interesting and I especially can't wait to see the father and Na Moo face each other! I am so anxious to find out what is going to happen next!

I really want him to get out from the prison to give the show more liveliness. I hate the crying moment each episodes gave. I want more thrilling and brutal moments. More than often, those fanclubs/fanbases just go crazy for those big names with mediocre acting skills. Yes indeed, some are famous with incredible acting skills but the majorities are average at best. Right now, there is a long list of dramas with those big names (which I will not mention) that are getting high ratings. Why? it is beyond me.

The cast of Come and Hug Me are putting all those big names to shame. Yes, they will probably won most of the awards as usual mostly because of their crazy fanbases. However, for the rest of us, coherent, people; we know a jewel or a cast of jewels when we see one.

Please keep posting and keep supporting the cast and crew of Come and Hug Me. Awards should go to the well deserved ones for a change.

Likewise Suzy, she doesn't have the type of emotions jin ki joo has and she calls herself an actress. Its a good thing she declined anyways. I know many people are already scouting Chang ki yong for a new project, pls pick a reasonable drama, u deserve the best. I love watching a drama with new actors, u get to see new potentials, a lot of people out there are very good but they've not had the opportunity to show what they've got. This drama is so good that I didn't have any reason to hate the female lead like I use to in oda dramas. She's pretty and innocent.

Why the rating is low is because they made the viewers loose interest by not airing properly, its either they air just one episode a week or they don't air at all. That's the reason why viewers don't show interest anymore.

The plot began escalating at epsisode 10 and I love the how the family(Yoon hui jae, Na moo, hyun moo, and the mother and little sister(i can't believe I memorized their names xD) is complexed but tries to work things out esp by the Mom's effort...This drama has the perfect cast. Though reporter Park is very hateable I love how sinister she looks everytime she smirks(she's one of the reasons this keeps me going) ...but can we not forget the Brother(hyun moo and Yoo hui Jae? it's my first tym seeing them and they got me roller coaster emotions

The Lady is the one doing all the talking. Even when he was young (nam da reum) he barely made a complete sentence. The reporter finally got what she wanted, she dug her own grave. She went too far. I believe d person that killed her is not yoon hyun moo, he just happened to be there that day, maybe wen he left, the other guy showed up.

It’s sooooo freaking good! The fact that chae do jin (chang ki yong) kept calling han jae jin (jin ki joo) “My Paradise” is just....wow...gives me goosebumps but at the same time heart breaking. This makes me wonder how the ending will be. Hopefully it’s a good one! Ive been watching awesome dramas but with terrible endings recently and I really dont want this drama to be part of that list!! Originally the younger version age gap is prlerfect but the older version have a great age gap but their chemistry has just everything perfect. And the brother sister also originally the girl playing the sister role is older than the elder brother hahaha. Give it a try and you wont regret for sure. Highly recommended.

AmbreK Jun 15 2018 8:01 pm I really love this drama. So far one of my favorite on going dramas that I'm watching currently. In my own opinion I find this drama to be far from boring. I think it's extremely interesting and I find the premise to be very well executed. The lead actors have great chemistry and they convey the feelings of the characters so well even with just their facial expressions. Each episode slowly unravels more to the story but gives just enough to where you want more episodes. If you want to watch something that's different and more fresh then typical romance dramas/dark drama or if you like suspense and strong driven story telling then this is what you're looking for, but if you're expecting something super fast paced with non stop romance/action then this is probably not for you.

The scenes became repititive and the script, well, became duller and duller as the drama went on progress. It started so nice and fresh. But I think the writer can't keep the viewer's interest, thus making the whole show sort of boring. The actors are good in crying scenes, but then still I found myself dissatisfied on their performance. Blame on the writer and director who made the show somehow a drama just for idiots. The cameras setted up on such old style and the lighting is so ugly. I love Ki Yong and Ki Joo. But yeah, this premise of them seemed to be unsuccessful for me. They honestly can't bring out their character and carry it. I think the writer wants to bring comedy on their character but to no avail actors cant do it properly. So making their character one hell of a boring.

There are many good dramas out there like Are You Human and What's Wrong With Secretary Kim which are far greater and far more entertaining than this. Actors there were truly great. And visuals are so good.

The writers have done an excellent job weaving the storylines and the scene changes so that the viewer feels invested in the lives of each character. There are so many potential ways this story can end that it is intriguing each episode. I love this drama because it is different. Ratings should be much higher. However, I notice that several newer dramas aren't being translated on the more popular sites and many viewers don't know how to access the free ones without innumerable ads or popups.

Evry character just holds you up and has such strong impact on viewer like me. Mainly the main lead both child and young one how can he act so handsome and his puppy looks when he is sorry for his love.

But its really torture to wait next week and when epi airs its goes so soon.

Doesn't matter if this drama have a sad ending, it's so sad from the beginning, no idea how they will end up being together because of the tragic incident concerning both their families. However, I still wish the ending will be favorably NICE!

Undeniably beautiful. The child actor and actress delivered a magnificent job in portraying the role. It's like that they don't need to do anything and say something just to show how they felt, their eyes convey a lot of emotions. The slow pace makes the drama intriguing and unexpected to the viewers.

Chang Ki Yong and Jin Ki Joo deserve recognition for their performance. Why are people hating their acting? Are you kidding me? Jin Ki Joo is hands down better than Suzy and Joy when it comes to acting. Suzy is so beautiful and talented but her acting is just meh and nothing special. Joy in Great Seducer made me drop watching the drama, she is boring. This just proves that many people are bias. We always have this belief that whenever you are famous and beautiful, you are good in everything. Come and Hug Me gave opportunity to rookie actors and actresses to show how great they are and I am thankful for that. Jin Ki Joo made me feel her pain and made me symphatize her. Chang Ki Yong expressions and narration made me feel his longing. Such a great drama, the scenes are executed well.

A lot of the comments are concerned with the ratings. Let's face it, the actor and actress are not that popular and it is given that it is broadcasted in MBC. KBS and SBS are always head to head when it comes to the viewership ratings. But excuse me, the viewership ratings of this drama increases gradually. Its ratings is far better than The Great Seducer. And the drama is now 2nd place when it comes to ratings during Wednesday and Thursday. It beat The Undateables whose actor and actress are pro and won a lot of trophies when it comes to acting. For a rookie actor and actress to beat a pro actor and actress in viewership ratings, that says a lot about the drama.

To all those people reading this, I highly recommend the drama. Prior to watching the drama, I am not fan of the leads. But watching the drama, it made me realize that these leads were no longer rookie, they are pro in acting. Some are saying that the drama is cliche, see it for yourself because you are definitely wrong. Nam Joo Hyuk and Suzy, this is a taste of your own medicine. This would have boosted your careers because it is different and topnotch. But thank you for not accepting the role, we met these wonderful actor and actress.

The drama will truly be a great contender to the MBC Awards. To all people who will bash against this drama, COME and HUG your parents, what you need is attention and love! ?❤️

Especially Jang Kiyong's part when he's crying. He don't need to explain that he's in pain, but we clearly can see through his teary eyes. I've watched episode 12, and its good so far. Ah, the chemistry between the child actors are best! Can't wait to see they grow up and casted as lead actors someday! Personally, I recommend this drama!

If you wanted to see some seasoned actors, you watched the wrong show. As for me, I'm enjoying this underdog story. And their chemistry is great, so there's really nothing to complain about (except maybe that I'd really like to see the adult versions finish a conversation before being torn apart). :)

But this one deserves all types of praise. I couldn’t even try to describe how brilliant it is and how it magically took a subject so obscure and made it into something so beautiful. I have no words.... just watch it, you will feel again things inside of you that you probably lost after years and years of the same type of content. Not to sound cheesy or overhyped, but watching this really felt like a “hug”.

I find all actor here excellent, so I don't get why some of the viewers here kinda annoyed by the main actress when in fact she's so good and outstandingly portraying her character. Love this drama already. They are taking the whole story on go since last night's episode.

I was impressed by Joy for instance in great seducer than her given that Joy is an idol and not experienced enough in acting career but she impressed me by her abilities.after all no need to bash idols turn actors because they can be better than those who are originally actors and actresses

And the devil dad really an evil. He never let his family has life in peace. He uses the media for turtoring his own family. Maybe he wanna take revenge to his own son. My opinion, Chae DonJin should using media too (through the obsessed female reporter) to fight / confront his father. He should accept interview and tell the truth. So there is balance information in public between evil dad version and his version.

BTW, if I am not wrong, in ep 6th I saw Jae yi's mom in car (is it really her? With short hair). I still expect she still alive. Becausr she is so kind.

Honestly they picked the right actors. NJH and Suzy might have seen themselves not fitting for the role. Thus the success of this drama is due to fresh talents. It also helps that Chankie is the lead. He sometimes look like he has a tendency of a killer himself (oops sorry).

Seriously how can one just give a look without speaking and you can infer the sense of longing for acceptance and love and the next moment, reclusive and after that, gratitude?Without a doubt Na Da Reum should take up a lead role in time to come.

For example in the grand Prince drama, l cannot tell what the elder Prince is thinking half the time, like is he feeling remorseful, angry or spurts of passion? He was the reason l gave up on the show.

Back to this drama. I am very very sensitive to music. I am almost watching shows just for the OSts and background music. KUDOS to the director to great selection of background music accompaniments and fantastic lighting!

Long time I didn't see so promising drama from MBC, very good cast and very well directed. This drama can become dark horse and I hope it become because it bring up tough topic in Korea. In Korea there is big social consent for public lynching of family of criminal. I hope Koreans will remember what Chae Do-Jin said, it's long time ago when collective punishment existed in Korea.

Chang Ki Young has proven himself as a versatile actor from Go back couple and My Mister and Jin Ki Joo is an awesome actress from her last role as Han Ji Won in Misty. I really hope Korean fans and international fans alike will support this drama.

Ki Yong and Ki Joo are the bestest and brilliant choice for this drama. This drama is gonna be more amazing because of these two main leads!! no wonder there are many drama with second lead and extra's acting that better than the main lead's acting

PS: i am not contra with idol actor but i just thought they shouldn't start as main lead in their first try

(in my very honest opinion jin ki joo's "that you called nugu" acting is way better than suzy's acting, and she is not a 'nugu' for me)

Nevertheless, i am excited for this drama to be aired. I have seen Chang Ki Yong's acting and thiugh quite bland and rough, i think its only because he is still a rookie actor. He deserves understanding and he will have more for improvement.

Kim go eun wasn't known that much when she starred in goblin,and look how popular the drama was and still is! Just between lovets was won jin ah's first project,yet everybody loved her and was cheering on her! So why are you bashing the poor girl now?

Dooley Feb 24 2018 9:51 am i think Suzy refused this offer between her busy to singing career or less like the script or because her partner is the same age (because previously she often paired with older actors or senior actors) And Nam Joo-Hyuk i think declined this offer because it may also be same less interested in dramas that are out of character or because Suzy declined this offer, lol :D If i recommend, i think Park Bo-Gum or Yang Se-Jong as the male lead and for the female lead, I think Lee Se-Young or Bang Minah.

If you choose Suzy as lead female, it's better you choose lead male who can act and build chemistry, maybe like Dong Ha (I really want to see him as lead male).
