Atsuro Takasugi (Tsuyoshi Muro) is a drama director for a production company. He is denounced by his boss who stole Atsuro’s ideas for a drama series. Atsuro is outraged and quits his job. He then falls into 10 million yen of debt.
Atsuro and assistant director Yuto Sonobe (Ikusaburo Yamazaki) concoct a plan to kidnap a dog from Takahiro Shibui’s (Keisuke Horibe) family. A mysterious girl, Natsuko Mikami (Mei Kurokawa), opens the door to Atsuro's home and stays there. Then, Takumi Shibui (Riku Ohnishi), the son of Takahiro Shibui, visits Atsuro. Takumi asks Atsuro "how about kidnapping me?"
