"Maybe Love" depicts the fateful love between two couples and the love of families.

Hyun-Do (Hwang Dong-Joo) is the son of a furniture company executive. Since he was young, Hyun-Do could not meet his father's high expectations. Hyun-Do keeps asking Sun-Jung (Kim Bo-Kyung), who works at the furniture company run by Hyun-Do's father, to go on a date, but she turns him down. Meanwhile, Yoon-Jin (Park Si-Eun) and her mother wait for Sun-Jung to come home, because today is her late father's passing away anniversary. Sun-Jung though fails to show up at home. Since Sun-Jung's father passed away, she has lived with Yoon-Jin's family. Yoon-Jin works at a publishing company. One day, she goes out on a blind date set up by Sun-Jung. Yoon-Jin meets Hyun-Do on the blind date. She believes he has a pure mind, unlike how he acts now. Yoon-Jin feels good about him and thinks they will date for awhile, but Hyun-Do surprises her by proposing to her. Yoon-Jin is unaware that Hyun-Do proposed to her to get back at his father.

Karen Aug 16 2013 4:32 pm It started out slow, built up, but began to fizzle a little. I am enjoying it, however, I can pretty much decipher what is going to happen next. Sunjeong is crazy, and will go to any lengths to gain wealth and power. YoonJin is a martyr, her ex. Hyundo is a mama's boy and Manager Baek seems to be the only one that has a sound mind. The rest of the cast are all predictable and the little girls are just there. I feel sorry for them because of what one person has done. It's entertaining, but I am ready for it to end.

Disappointed Mar 04 2013 11:46 am I usually love Korean dramas but this one is difficult to like. Choi sun-Jung is such an difficult character to like. You don't feel empathy for her, She isn't even a character you would love to hate. Han yoon-Jin is just a martyr which is quite annoying. These characters seem to be ever present in all korean dramas. I hate to say it but these types of dramas make everyone seem money hungry, shallow and elitist. They also seem kind of weak because at the slightest nosebleed or headache, they are in the hospital with an I.V. In their arm. Like I said, I love Korean dramas (hooray for love, flames of desire, still, marry me etc.), but the plots are a little repetitive... Rich family hates the poor family, poor family takes abuse as if they deserve to be treated badly because they are poor...

Aquin Feb 07 2013 2:29 pm I am enjoying this drama. I look forward to the downfall of the character, Choi Sun-Jung. But will someone please stop that character from biting her lip! So annoying. Really.
