Kotatso (Maki Fukumi) learns that the person with the username Nya (Noriko Kijima) on an internet social network is her co-worker. Kotatso asks Nya to go on a hot spring trip together, but Nya's friend Mikan (Hiroko Kamata) joins the trip.

Ian Hampton Dec 19 2018 12:26 am The name of this film is a pun regarding the cultural icon that is a kotatsu (japanese heated table). It's often associated with a specific variety of oranges that are kept in a bowl on top, and the fact that cats deeply enjoy sleeping underneath the covers. When translating the title it should be Kotatsu, Orange, and Meow rather than Kotatso. I haven't seen it, but the pun alone makes me want to try it.
