Set in post-war Japan, Dr. Ume-chan (Maki Horikita) runs a clinic to help those struggling through the tough economic times. Meanwhile, the SP shows what happened to the love line between Yayoi Sawada (Eri Tokunaga) and Shinichi Yamakura (Shinnosuke Mitsushima).
