Yumi's childhood life is a pitiful. she is physicaly abused by her mom but her hope is her grandma but soon her grandma has been convinced by her mom to die or else yumi will die. Reasoning that yumi explains to Yamashita that she didnt stay with her mom when she was high school. In the film she was a college student

Yumi is different in the series she has a good family different in the film but her dad is dead. Yumi here is not a college student differnt in the film here she was a science magazine writer and had a good job.

• in the flm yumi is phisical abused but in the series she has good family.

• in the film yumi went to the hospital to find about mimiko while in the series she was finding for it in the room in the building where shes working.

• in the film yumi is stoped to enter in the studio where natsumi is exorsisimed but in the series she was free to enter.

• in the film yumi convinced natsumi to desposed it where natsumi brought her phone but in the series yumi stoped natsumi to throw the phone reasoning by studying it and when she learn something she will wrote it in her magazine.
