Great drama! Too bad SBS didn't recognize some its talented cast. Yoo Seung Ho should've received at least a nomination for his performance in WBDS as Yeo Woon. Many watched this drama because of the 'Skylords'. At least Choi Min Soo was considered for an award even though he didn't win.
Oh well, new year...new hope!

Man I’m really addicted in watching historical K-drama, my top favorites are Sungkyunkwan Scandal, Iljimae and this movie Warrior Baek Dong Soo. But the last ep was such a miserable ending, can’t deny it. Yeo Woon died with Dong Soo’s knife. it was sad that the ending somehow ruins the entire drama. I don’t want them to separate from each other. That hurts my feelings a lot, they should extend this drama to 30 ep and should place the “Special ” one on the 31st that’d be a good idea.

Our beloved Yeo-Un passes away on the last episode. RIP dearest Yeo-Un. Poor Baek Dong Soo. T_T
The ending is just like City Hunter’s; Steve, Lee Jin Pyo. All the good one leaves us. T_T

I love this drama, the whole cast played their role great as usual, and the audience which is myself and friends, applaud the writers, casting team, director and the teams involved. This drama showed the characters as being human beings even the villains, whereas all the characters followed their heart's belief. The moral of this story, is the legend warrior, and the fighting scenes were not just fight, kill, fight, kill. The martial Arts choreograph was great and Ji Chang Wook fit the part perfectly, his acting, facial expression, body movements, and personality was wonderful, plus his built. We hope to see more of him in action films, or drama parts, his martial arts scenes and especially his form made him look very professional thanks to the director and his martial arts coach for emphasizing the art form. The other known characters did very well, and their also are recognized for their martial arts and excellent acting. These are the kind of stories interest the audience with good and excellent Korean martial art scenes, not always done in the dark places, and flying/walking. This drama was very entertaining and we love the twist and the mystery of the outcome of a good film and drama, especially when the main character ends up with dignity and worth their purpose of helping their country. In most cases, this left a mark in the audience, and looking forward to the next entertaining and intense drama/film. Although, this kind of drama wasn't rated as the best, but it takes stories like this that is a start of upcoming and would interest the audience to look forward for the next and similar drama. Regards to the staff of Warrior Baek Dong Soo.

I just watch this drama out of curiousity and upon hearing the OST that Super Junior Yesung has sung and seeing the MV on the youtube.
And before I knew I was watching the whole drama and can't wait for the next episode. I am not really very patient with drama, I usually stop when I don't like where the story becomes dragging and getting heavy. But with this drama, you look forward with the next one.
I agree that Yoo Seung Ho has a lot to do with it. He seems to always shine and always filled out the whole screen whenever he is on...such charisma and superb acting though he is still very young. But Ji Chang Wook is also adorable in his own right and a very good actor. I like his playfulness and was also surprised at him in his dramatic ability.
I guess most of us are not here for the ladies except for the Mom,the lady love of the warring seniors..She is such a good actress. But overall ,the two young female leads are not bad at all..yeah last couple of episodes Jin Ju has been pretty good and did deliver.
Hope people will give this drama a chance, cause I told my friend about this and she said the reviews are not that good, which I am so surprised...It has more story than some drama out there and yes more substance..

I love to watch this drama because it's funny and full of action . The first actor I liked the most is Yoo Seung-Ho and second Park Geon-Tae . Third , of course Baek Dong Soo : Ji Chang - Wook . Since I watch Warrior Baek Dong Soo , I can't stop looking at Yeo Woon : Yoo Seung Ho . In the early episodes , I can't stop looking at Park Geon-Tae . It is a very nice drama and I hope other watchers will like this drama too. ( I don't know why many people likes Yoo Seung-Ho than Ji Chang Wook . That includes me . Wait , I know . Because Yeo Woon is handsome !!! 0

I saw a promo for kbsworld and watch the whole series until the latest episode. I cant wait for next week's episode. Truthfully, the older actors are remarkable (particularly Jeon Kwang-Leol, Choi Min-Su, Lee Won-Jong, Eom Hyo-Seop and Park Won-Sang) while the younger male actors are very talented. But I think the elder Jin-Joo and Ji-Sun's actresses are a bit miscast. Yoon So-Yi are a bit too old for her role and Shin Hyun-Bin is too stiff for a noble lady. Its too early for the ladies to gain prominence but for now both of them fades next to their younger casts potrayals of their characters (Lee Hye-In and Nam Ji-Hyun). Yun Ji-Min fits in her role as the assassin Jin (my favourite character) except that she seems a bit too young when her story came through. But as the story progress, among the younger casts, Yoo Seung-Ho were more expressive for his character making him a bit more memorable than Ji Chang-Wook's bright and immaturish Baek Dong Soo. But there's still 11 more episode to go, the story had taken a more interesting and unpredictable turn (I dont read the manhwa). I love politics in historical drama, the story telling could have gone slightly off-linear but the twists and cliffhanger is engaging. The choreographed action was much better than Hong Gil-Dong; acrobats, japanese sword fighting, basic wuxia and boxing. The drama was serious but the slightly light-hearted tone made it tolerable and not too heavy to watch (admiring the two poise of the leads does not disappoint either).
