Plot
Tora-san helps runaway neighbor Akemi (Miho Jun) leave Shibamata to work as a bar hostess in Shimoda. Together they meet eleven elementary students and Tora-san falls in love with their beautiful teacher (Kurihara Komaki). When the teacher stops in Shibamata on the way to visit her sick father, Tora-san's hopes of a lasting love are raised and dashed once again.
