An interesting little film, and well-shot. For me, Maury's arc was the most entertaining of the bunch. If I were to criticise anything, I would say the tone of the film was a little uneven in places, and some story elements seemed to lead nowhere - we see Ray's co-worker bugging him about getting a date, but it never pans out into anything, and the air-guitar subplot vs. the poetry subplot seems oddly incomplete.
Masato Motai's stoic performance was pitch-perfect, and her young co-stars held their own for the most part. It's a quirky little film that doesn't try too hard to be "quirky".

I loved very quirky minute of this delightful film. I'd like to have some identifying info as to the piano solos. All very familiar, but .....Can anyone help?
