1. Based on the life of influential Chinese pop singer, Teresa Teng. Teresa Teng was popular throughout the south-east Asian region including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan. Teng died at the age of 42 from a severe asthma attack while vacationing in Thailand.
