Plot
Tensions flare between PTU officers and CAPO (Complaints Against Police Officers) after CCTV footage reveals three 3 PTU officers beating a triad member in a back alley. Although the CCTV footage doesn't reveal the faces of the officers CAPO suspects PTU unit leader Sam (Simon Yam).
