Plot
Two months after their wedding, Yeon-Yi (Yoon Jin-Seo)'s husband Jin-woo (Yoo Ji-Tae)gets into an accident and falls into a coma. During this time, Yeon-Yi's life shatters from the seams. She misses her deadlines for work, while she has only videos of her wedding to comfort her.
Then Yeon-Yi waits at the airport for Jin-Woo's brother Jin-Ho (Yoo Ji-Tae), whom she has never met before. She is stunned when she meets him, because Yeon-Yi never knew Jin-Woo and Jin-Ho are identical twin brothers. Although Jin-Ho and Yeon-Yi's relationship is cold at first. they soon become attracted to each other. Their relationship becomes even more volatile, when Jin-woo suddenly awakes from his coma ...
Notes
- Filming began May 16th 2009 at the Incheon International Airport. The scene involved Yeon-yi picking up her brother-in-law at the airport and becomes stunned to see Ji-ho - who looks exactly like her husband.
- Filming concluded on September 15th, 2009 in Incheon, South Korea. The final scene filmed involved Jin-ho (Yu Ji-Tae) laying in a hospital bed, with Yeon-yi (Yun Jin-Seo) sitting nearby. Yeon-yi is playing with tarot cards at that moment and pulls out a card which implies she will become involved in a risky and dangerous relationship.

IT WAS JIN WOO WHO SAVE YEON ON THE BRIDGE. Definitely it is Jin-ho that Yeon said she loved. I concluded it remembering the part when Jin-woo disguised Jin-ho,wherein Jin-woo almost killed her wife, Yeon, knowing how his wife misses Jin-ho. Also the part wherein Yeon called Jin-woo, as Jin-ho, after Jin-woo and Yeon made love in the tub.
Indeed a very nice story and a puzzling ending. You need to be in love to know who really is in the wheelchair in the end. :)

i think it's jin woo who saved yeon yi,it didn't happen during their swap game,just another day when jin woo went to the bridge, they didn't go together since jin woo said that they did the game when he was sick, the thing happened when they switched was that jin ho met the teacher *idk her name,hate her :p* u can see that from jin ho's habit to tie people shoelaces.. and also from the wedding pic that jin woo sent to his bro, it's him who saved yeon yi..
aaaah, i don't really like the ending, it's so unfair TT___TT poor jin woo~ GREAT movie!!

its a good movie..i just hope they lessen the pg18 scenes and concentrate more on revealing the characters more to the viewer..so that it will be easier for them to recognized who is the one sitting on the wheelchair at the end just by looking at his expressions..

I've watched this movie twice. It was Jin-ho who sent the post card to Yeon-yi. @umesatou is right. It was from Canada and by judging the scenery, it must be Canada (place where Jin-ho study).
Another twist of the story, who is the real person who help Yeon-yi in the bridge? It is Jin-wo or Jin-ho?
When Jin-wo and Jin-ho chat, Jin-wo told Jin-ho that they somewhat play a game (to swap their identity) and it was Jin-ho who went for mountain climbing. However, i might thought that the two of them went in there. Jin-ho who tie the shoe laces and Jin-wo to help Yeon-yi. Am I right?

It was jin ho at the end sitting at the wheelchair. When Yeon received a post card it was stamped and came from Montana (a place in Canada) meaning after what happen he have move back to Canada.

i already watched this movie..it was a very good movie..i cant say the exact genre of this movie its a mix of drama,romance and sensuality..for me its really a pg 18 movie because of the sensual scenes..it captured my heart from the beginning but im quite annoyed in the middle part scenes..but in the end it was a very touching story..especially the part of the character of jin woo

although the plot remind me of "Addicted" movie play by lee byung hun but sure it's not gonna be the same with LBH movie maybe with different twist
