Plot
Taking place from the late 70's through the early 90's. Two long years of preparation maximizes the drama…s qualities. The characters are Hae-rin, the daughter of a casino king, Woo-suk, a head strong young man living his life according to his beliefs, and Tae-soo who lives a short life as a member of a gang mixed up with political power. The sensitive topic of student demonstrations in the 80…s, the pro-democracy movement at Kwang-ju, and President Park's governing are dealt with.

This drama is the first Korean drama I watched.At that time I was 16 and was very interested about modern Korean history and the democratisation process going on at that time.Good drama this one.
