Plot
Chie Tateno, who lives in Hokkaido, is refused entry into school.
Chie’s father, Akiyoshi Tateno is a paleontologist who, along with Chie, stumbles upon a dinosaur egg when they set out to search for dinosaurs.
Akiyoshi Tateno and his separated wife, Naomi, who is also a paleontologist, team up with Akiyoshi’s research assistant Daisuke Morioka to successfully incubate the egg. The dinosaur is born.
And thus REX, as he was named by Chie, was much sought after for TV programs and commercials, but….
