Plot
In 1600 A.D. Queen Hijau of Langkasuka felt the heat of internal conflict when a rogue prince conspired with a abnd of ruthless pirates to incite a rebellion. They plotted a schene to high-jack a number of high callber cannons from a Dutch vessel. The secret plot falls spectacularly as the ship, along with its crew and weapons sink into the abyss after an almighty explosion. The fateful incident happens on the same day as the birth of "Pan", born with a hereditary gift that enables him to communicate with creatures of the sea. In years to come and after much training Pan's uncanny ability would be used to help the reigning monarchy defeat the merciless pirates that threaten their shores. Pan will call upon whales, sirens, dolphins and serpents to aide him in a historic sea battle that be recalled for centuries.
Notes
Queens of Langkasuka originally started production in 2005 and was first named "Queens of Pattani". The name was then changed to avoid political connections to the South Thailand insurgency and Pattani separatism, and to tie the story in with the legend of Langkasuka.
